2. Hybrid Real Time Training
3 credits for one participant
Tentative dates for the next courses: 2022 (according to travel restrictions) Location: EuFMD Member Nations
(includes flights and all in-country costs).
This course gives participants the opportunity to visit farms, take part to simulations replicating FMD outbreak scenarios and lesions ageing through virtual reality tools and carry out clinical and epidemiological investigations in Real Time through simulations.
Veterinarians who will be involved actively in diagnosis or control of FMD outbreaks.
Language requirements: Participants should have good working knowledge of English.
Some selffunded places in this course will be open to the Private sector.
This course is suitable for veterinarians and stakeholders working in the private and public sector, considering the importance of The course is their role in preceded by a three recognizing hour virtual learning clinical signs of induction course. Other requirements: To be eligible for this course, candidates will have to provide a detailed plan prior to the course on how they will pass the knowledge acquired in the course to colleagues, when they return home (cascade training). The plan be signed by the nominee and the national training focal point.
