Discussion In relation to outstanding contributions from Member States, Dr Angot suggested that official letters be sent to Albania and the FYR of Macedonia requesting urgent payment. Dr Herzog commented that payment in instalments could be offered as a solution if necessary. Dr Füssel confirmed that DG Santé had agreed that the signature of the agreement will proceed as soon as possible and can be retroactive to the 1st October 2015. Item 9: Co-ordination, future meetings Dr Angot thanked Dr Bruschke and Dr Bouma for the hosting of the Session in very pleasant meeting facilities, and thanked all for their attendance and contributions to the discussions. In particular, he thanked Turkey for sharing of information and their response to the recent serotype A G- VII outbreaks. Dr Angot also thanked the representatives from the Russian Federation for their attendance and proposal. Finally, he acknowledged the excellent work done by the entire EuFMD team, in preparation for the meeting. Dr Angot proposed that the next meeting be held during September 2016 in Corsica, France, and all present agreed to this proposal. Subsequent to the Executive Committee meeting, the location and dates are now changed to Paris, France, 26-27 September.
