As a HR Representative / Company CPD Lead, you play a key role in supporting the professional development of employees within your organisation. The ETL GLOBAL UK CPD platform provides you with full visibility of employee learning activity, allowing you to:
Monitor CPD progress across your company
Support employees with their development pathways
Encourage course completion and CPD compliance
Maintain accurate CPD records for the year

Accessing the Platform
ETL GLOBAL UK will set up each HR Representative individually. You will be provided with:

Navigate to https://cpd.etlglobal.co.uk/
Enter your login credentials
Once logged in, you will have access to the HR dashboard, providing company-wide visibility of CPD activity.
Completing Your Profile
After logging in, you can update your profile using the option in the top right-hand corner of the platform. You can Add:
A profile photo
Your job title
Your company information
Completing your profile is strongly recommended, as it helps employees identify their CPD contact and supports effective communication within the platform.
HR Dashboard Overview
The HR dashboard provides a high-level overview of CPD activity across your organisation. From the dashboard, you can view:
Courses available to your employees
A list of employees assigned to you
The total number of CPD submissions
The status of course completions via course reports
This view allows you to quickly assess overall engagement and progress.
Employee Visibility and Oversight
As a company CPD lead, you have full visibility of all employees registered under your organisation’s CPD training and development pathway. You can:
View individual employee profiles
Track course enrolment and completion
Monitor verified and non-verified CPD submissions
Identify employees who may require additional support or encouragement
Course Reports and Learner Activity
The Course Reports tab offers detailed reporting and management tools.
