Day 1: – ARRIVAL AT ROLAND GARROS-AIRPORT IN SAINTE-MARIE –
Arrival at Roland GARROS airport. You will be welcomed by our representative and given all the documents needed for your stay (voucher, maps, travel guide…) and transferred on an air conditioning vehicle, to your accommodation according to your choice. Rest of the day free, for resting. Dinner & overnight.
Day 2: – EXCURSION TO SALAZIE –
Breakfast and departure heading for the North.
This region abounds in activities, it is the economic lung of Reunion. Once exceeded the thirteen kilometers of the famous road to the coast, the passage by the administrative center with its buildings dating the time of the East India Company, its airs of the metropolis and its bourgeois charm, will give way in green fields of saint Marie's sugar cane.
Near the East, the phallic and colorful architecture of the Indian temples will delight the first looks. The senses will be tested severely. Aromatic pods are for the program: the exploitation of mister Rouloff's vanilla plants (suggestion), the epic of his panniers and all the sharpness of its preparation, such of balms delicious, will invade your senses until exhilaration during this discovery.
The access to sales is a succession of surprising landscapes, the green is omnipresent. One thousand essences, one thousand waterfalls, one thousand flowers will paper roads until the top, until near one thousand meters. The village which honors the governor of Hell, is in itself, a whole museum of Creole architecture: acute ridgepoles, shingles of tamarind, delicious valances and other opening "Z", will request ceaselessly your will be on drugs and cameras.
At the end of the day return to the coast, to your Hotel dinner and overnight.
CILAOS CIRQUE
An Island in an Island

Departure to the south of the island. First stop at the « blower » along the rocky coast to admire beautiful kind of white foam geysers, resembling a whale’s spout.
The pretty village of La Rivière Saint-Louis will be the last one before entering Cilaos Cirque. The pleasure starts with the road that plunges onto the bottom of Saint-Etienne’ river. This very picturesque road built in 1932, leads you to a particular beauty spot, a geological curiosity. Cilaos is the most southerly and driest cirque of the three. The sky is more frequently clear there and its slopes have fewer waterfalls. In 1845, a path with difficult access is opened to pedestrians and oxes. In 1896, the thermal baths set up and, as far as a suitable road for vehicles was built, the journey to Cilaos was achieved on a “sedan chair” but Cilaos village is situated at 1200m!
The ascent by the “400 bends road” offers exceptional lookout points with breathtaking views of the several hamlets. When you finally reach the village dominated by the highest summits (the majestic Piton des Neiges 3070m, Grand Bénare 2896m, Trois Salazes 2121m), you’ll feel as if you were exploring a village of yore, with its old houses surrounded by flowery yards and gardens which in the hot season, look like a colourful artist palette: jacarandas with mauve shadings, dahlias, azaleas, roses, hydrangeas, mimosas… Cilaos is also famous for its hydropathy establishment, its magnificent embroidery, its wine (the only one produced in Reunion) and its lentils. Various walks invite you to go in search of this paradise. You reach the best view on the cirque by taking a forest path to "La Roche Merveilleuse" (or by car or by bus). From up there, you overlook the whole cirque, the village, the paths, and the forests… It is also great to discover the thermal baths, both the old vestiges dating back to the 19th century to which you can accede via a picturesque road and the new facilities for spas, health and fitness.
After a possible lunch (own), you’ll have a glance at an ancestral activity, the “Embroidery” . Discover “les Jours de Cilaos” those beautiful pieces of art made by these privcesses of the cirque. On the way back, in the late afternoon, you’ll stop at “the whirlpool“ at L’Etang-Salé, and return to your hotel around. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: – LEISURE DAY TO ENJOY THE SEASIDE OR THE HOTEL–
Day free for enjoying the swimming pool of the hotel or the seaside. Leisure activities are available on request on arrival (helicopter ride, diving, transparentkayaking, paddle..). Lunch free and dinner free. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 5: – EXCURSION TO THE VOLCANO –
The green, the red and the grey

What to wear: good shoes or walking boots, rainwear, pullover, mosquito lotion and sun lotion The freshness of the morning departures will be quickly replaced by the natural heat of volcanic sites. The route roads West unveils a coastline where the placid shores and steep escarpments take turns to St. Peter.
Here begins the ascent to the tops of the Plain of Cafres, and those of the Great Ferme. Heather, gentian, villages, pastures, cows, forests is the sets to "Nez de Bœuf" to 2 070m. There lies a confusing valley 22km geological surprises.
The gaping hole in the Commerson crater is decorated with many rocks as question marks. This amphitheater dreamed geologists announced the first of the more surprising discoveries.
The culmination of the day will be taken at 2 360m above sea level.Those out of work finished, the scenery will be brutal. Plaine des Sables things to strike you as a challenge to the vastness, it's like a step back, we went from the Earth to the Moon. Return to hotel around 5:30. Dinner and overnight
Day 6: – EXCURSION TO THE WILD SOUTH –
The blue, the black and the green

Departure in direction of Saint-Pierre, where the leeward coast becomes the windward coast and takes another colours and a very special animated atmosphere. You follow the road to “Grand Anse” creek, with its beach bordered with coconut palms, a real heaven of peace. Every weekend, the brand newly married couple investigate the place for the pictures. The many lookout points afford the enjoyment of discovering this charming part of the island: Manapany, Langevin, and “Cap Méchant”: there the ocean crashes in impressive waves against the jagged black lava cliffs. A little bit farther,
7 crossing the bottom part of the coloured wood forest, you discover, at the foot of the volcano, the recent lava flows.
After a possible lunch (own) In the afternoon you will enjoy a total landscape breaking up with the “Great Burnt Land”: actually, the tropical exuberance makes way for a much more mineral environment.
Lots of those rivers of lava increased the island over the ocean of tens hectares! The whole region has a strange atmosphere to it, due perhaps to the fact that no dwelling can be seen for about thirty kilometres. Then possibility to visit “le Jardin des parfums et des épices”. (Spice and fragrance garden as suggestion). You’ll explore hundreds of species of native exotic plants including many medicinal, ornamental and fruit spices, some of which being a century old. A guide with a perfect knowledge of the garden and of its history will take you round the place and initiate you to the manual pollination of the vanilla flower (October to January). The Alamanda is situated 150 m from the Ermitage lagoon and features air-conditioned rooms with a private terrace or balcony. The palm garden has an outdoor pool and sun terrace.

Reunion island is a volcanic island which was born from successive submarine eruptions, from a hot spot located down the Indian Ocean grown.
As a consequence 3 million years ago the snow peak emerged from the water. It shaped the island for years, but today has become a dormant volcano.
Because of this lack of activity it started to suffer from erosion.
Indeed as it was no longer provided with deep coming lava from the hot spot, the slopes of the volcano collapsed and opened the former magma chambers to the air. Under the effect of the wind and rainfalls, those ones took a circular shape. This was at the origin of the so called 3 cirques.
Salazie, Cilaos and Mafate. It is about the heart of the world heritage area of the island, with unique landscapes designed mother nature. An area protected by the National park of Reunion. This one also includes the next door very active second volcano, the Furnace peak which erupts 3 times a year on average…these are as many occasions to attend a sort of genesis all the process…

Cilaos cirque every Monday and Thursday based on sic price on request
Morning departure to the South West. First stop in Saint-Leu surroundings along the rocky coast to admire a natural curiosity, the “Souffleur” which means the “Blower”. It’s a beautiful kind of white foam geyser, resembling a whale’s spout. Then crossing through Saint-Louis: its factories, its mosque, its Hindu temple and its church. We will leave the RN 1 direction to the mountains.
After the crossing of the pretty village of la Rivière Saint-Louis with its traditional Creole huts and its gorgeous gardens “à la Française”, we enter in the Bras de Cilaos Valley where takes place the renowned “400 bends” road! You will marvel at this setting! The site uniqueness eases the ascent apprehension, and the ascent to the hamlets is really comfortable.
The narrow tunnels, the majestic and graceful Peter Both, the unusual village of Palmiste Rouge, the dizzy ramparts and the lush summits will make you forget the time. Because time in this landscapes are eternity fragments that nobody wants to count!
Here is Cilaos at 1300 metres of altitude on average! Thermal, sporty and farming city, it’s above all the place where exists the highest French wine lands! The Chamonix twin is a heaven. From la Roche Merveilleuse site, we overlook the whole Cirque, and beyond the legend, the spectacular views will exhausted all the superlatives that you could know! After the handcraft visit of the « Jours de Cilaos » (suggestion), an embroidery house and a possible lunch (own), we will get back to the coast.
A last stop will be suggest at Etang-Salé, to visit: « Le Gouffre ». This site is another natural curiosity, which have many stories.

Early departure to the South. After crossing Grands Bois and dominant winds zone, you will discover as one goes along a country with changeable landscape. Since centuries, ocean and wild coast rocks engage a titanic fighting! Tropical rains abundantly water the whole vegetal blanket, which gives at these sites a beautiful exuberance. Primary forests carpet the volcanic summits foothills, for the white tailed tropicbirds and papangues happiness.
Grand-Anse was the first inhabited place of the South. The site is impressive: coconuts shade, green blanket until the sandy beach where whole corals indicate that is a young island a nd we must to visit it with care and without break its first centuries fragility. In this way, factories ruins testify past times, which give their place to a modernism, which further step by step.

After a possible hearty mountain lunch (own), you will go from basaltic natural structures to the futuristic architecture of the Volcano’s House (suggestion). This museum, of modern, interactive and pl ayful conception as much as instructive, lets ignore nothing of the tempestuous life of volcanoes, or the geologic formation of the island.

Start the Dimitile ascent (high plateau took up before by black-brown population) through a trail until 1852 metres of altitude where you could discover the primary forest rich of medicinal plants, mimosas and arborescent bracken…

Salazie 4 X4 excursion on request
Departure from the hotel at about 7:00 am in the direction of the North to admire the Waterfall « Niagara » before attacking the climb towards the most green cirque of the island « Salazie ». The road towards Salazie is a real garden of greenery and waterfalls, where the water come from mountains tumbles along slopes in lace curtains brilliant as the « veil of the bride ».Several stops photos will be proposed to you.
We shall continue our trip towards Grand Ilet, put off and wild place known for its breedings and his agriculture. An omnipresent culture is the one of the « chouchou » who makes the pride of the cirque. The « chouchou » is cultivated in vine arbours but grow almost in the wild state, given the very wet ambient climate. Direction « Le Bélier » by the forest road to admire a panorama to take the breath away of you with an open and exceptional view on the cirque of Mafate (only inaccessible cirque by car) and the highest massifs of the island. Salazie is the most green 3 cirques. Return via the village of Salazie then climb towards the village of Hell-Bourg to go then to have lunch towards « Ilet à Vidot ».
Only accessible by a track, 4x4 will lead you up to the “hut” of Mr Elisabeth, an outstanding place. Classified among the most beautiful villages of France Hell-bourg is the perfect museum living on the Creole architecture where we find compartments of a big patrimonial value. Return towards the coast to go to Saint Paul where is held on Fridays a weekly market. It is unquestionably the most beautiful, the most picturesque and the most colored of the island. Its place on the sea front in fact a pleasant place to walk.. Volcano
and wild South 4 X4 excursion on request
Departure in direction to Saint-Pierre to the Piton de la Fournaise’s massif, considered as one of the most active volcano of the world (three eruptions per year).
Born thanks to an important eruption at the South East of the island, 400 000 years ago, now it covers a third of the island area. You reach it to climb back to “Plaine des Cafres”, a cattle-breeding area dotted with a large variety of plants.
At Bourg Murat, you take the forest path to the Volcano. Along the road, you won’t miss the numerous viewpoints. First « Nez de Bœuf » an exceptional panorama on the « Rivière des Remparts » a huge canyon witness of the firs caldera caused by the Volcano summit falling down. Next, it’s the amazing discovery of the exceptional lunar landscape of the « Plaine des Sables » born too thanks to the second Volcano falling down. The arrival at Pas de Bellecombe, located at 2311 m of altitude, is surprising : its majesty the « Piton de la Fournaise » stands up in the middle of Fouquet enclosure.
Continuation to the most beautiful landscape of the Wild South via La Plaine Des Palmistes, which is still an authentic village with magnificent Creole huts. You will crossing Le Pont de La Rivière de l’Est, a wonderful work, which it will take you in Sainte Rose.
The discoveries continue with the rivers of lava that crossed the national road several times during the past decades (flow lava in 1977 which destroy many villages but miraculously the Piton Sainte Rose church and the lava flow in 1986 which enlarged the island of 30 hectares).
Then you will see the lava flow of 2005, a real natural masterpiece, which had the same trails of the lava flow of January 2002 which swallows up the site la Vierge au Parasol (the Virgin with sunshade) before to jump into the ocean. It is hard to imagine anything more exciting than the feeling of adrenalin pumping through your arteries while practicing your favorite extreme sport during your holidays in Réunion Island. More and more tourists come to the island for this reason alone and it is possible to practice a whole range of extreme sports in Réunion Island.

One of the extreme sports that are prized in Reunion Island is white water rafting. People are attracted to the sport because it puts them in direct confrontation with the forces of nature. White water can best be described as a portion of turbulent water, generally flowing down a slope. The rapid movement of the water makes it difficult to navigate in, because of the speed and the obstacles that can get in the way. This span of water is generally navigated with the help of a PVC or rubber inflatable raft. These rafts can carry up to twelve people thus making rafting the ideal group extreme sport that can be practiced with friends and family.
Even if the sport is very exciting and rewarding, nobody should under-estimate the forces of nature and the sport can become dangerous if people are not careful. The rapids are thus classified according to their difficulty and so that they can be chosen by according to the rafter’s experience.
When someone starts rafting, it’s best to start on an easy course and then progressively move on to the more difficult ones. For new-comers, it would be best to seek out the services of experienced guides that can be found near their hotel to ensure their safety during the trip. So, what are you waiting for? But it is also nice with friends that doesn’t want to do a full day canyon. We start the canyon with a 15 meters abseil, from a tree, the landing is is the water. You will encounter lots of jumps and slide. You can even jump from 7 meters !

Cette édition est valable à compter du 10/10/06 et remplace la précédente. L'inscription à l'un de nos séjours implique l'adhésion à nos conditions générales et particulières de vente en vigueur au jour de la passation de votre commande. Elle implique également l’acceptation de nos conditions d’utilisation du site. Cette acceptation est faite au nom de tous les participants mentionnés sur le formulaire de réservation. En cas d'inscription à plusieurs, veillez à bien nous indiquer dans votre formulaire de réservation, tous les noms et détails des personnes ainsi que le nom du responsable du dossier à qui nous adresserons toute la correspondance. La réception de ce bulletin d'inscription n'implique l’acceptation de la réservation que dans la limite des places disponibles, qui peuvent varier en temps réel.
• A plus de 30 jours du départ : Remplir et nous retourner votre bulletin de réservation accompagné d'un acompte de 30% du montant total du séjour. Le solde devra être réglé impérativement 30 jours avant la date du départ.
• A moins 30 jours du départ :
Merci de nous verser la totalité du montant du séjour avec votre bulletin d'inscription.
• A moins de 8 jours du départ : Pour toute réservation à moins de 8 jours, règlement uniquement en espèces ou par carte bancaire.
• Frais de dossier : Les frais d'inscription sont applicables à chaque personne inscrite, ils sont de 5€ par personne.
Confirmation et facture
Une confirmation d’inscription vous sera adressée par retour de courrier accompagnée d'un exemplaire de votre bulletin d'inscription contresigné, de votre facture, du contrat d'assurance éventuel et de la fiche technique de votre séjour si vous ne l’avez pas déjà reçue. Dès lors il vous est également possible de les télécharger via votre espace client.
Règlement du solde
Le solde incluant les prestations annexes demandées après inscription, ainsi que l’éventuel supplément
petit groupe mentionné dans le prix devra être réglé 30 jours avant la date du départ, sans relance de notre part.
• Paiement carte bancaire :
Pour un règlement par CB il peut être fait directement en ligne via l’interface « ESPACE CLIENT ». Si la réservation a été faite par courrier ou par téléphone, il sera directement débité 30 jours avant le départ sauf indication contraire de votre part.
• Autre moyen de paiement : Il doit parvenir à l’agence au plus tard 30 jours avant le départ.
Un séjour non soldé dans les délais pourra être annulé sans rappel, l’acompte restant dans ce cas acquis à ETHNIX TOURS
Convocation
Dès que vous aurez payé le solde, vous recevrez votre convocation mentionnant votre lieu de rendez-vous ainsi que les contacts nécessaires. Pour les formules « liberté » vous recevrez en plus un dossier voyage par dossier de réservation comprenant les cartes et le topo-guide. Dans certains cas le topo-guide et les cartes sont remis au départ du circuit et dans d’autres cas le dossier liberté, n’est que prêté pour la durée du circuit. Pour une réservation proche du départ (à moins de 15 jours ouvrables), des frais d’envoi du dossier seront facturés en fonction du type d'acheminement du dossier. En cas de transmission erronée par le client de ses coordonnées, ETHNIX TOURS, décline toute responsabilité en cas de non exécution ou de mauvaise exécution du voyage due à la non réception des documents. Dans ce cas il vous appartient de nous contacter afin que nous puissions vous les réexpédier. Les frais engagés seront à la charge du client.
Prix
Sur tous nos séjours, nos tarifs sont indiqués en euros, TVA comprise. Ils sont donnés pour une période précise en fonction du nombre de jours et de personnes et d’un type d’hébergement. Les tarifs indiqués dans nos catalogues et nos sites Internet, ont été établis en fonction des tarifs en notre possession au moment de la rédaction des séjours. Le client reconnaît expressément avoir pris connaissance des informations relatives aux tarifs du voyage qu'il a choisi, grâce à la documentation et aux fiches techniques. Nous mentionnons dans nos fiches techniques ce qui est compris et ce qui ne l'est pas.
En l’absence de mention contraire, les prix ne comprennent pas :
• les frais de dossiers,
• les assurances,
• les vols
• les taxes aériennes et d'aéroport,
• les taxes de séjour dans les hébergements,
• les taxes locales, les taxes de séjour dans les hébergements.
• les frais de vaccins, de visas
• les boissons et dépenses personnelles,
• les visites de sites
Supplément petit groupe :
Pour des raisons d’organisation et pour chaque séjour, nos tarifs sont prévus pour un certain nombre de participants minimum. Afin d’éviter d’annuler un séjour en raison d’un nombre de participants minimum non atteint, pour certains séjours il peut être prévu un supplément pour un départ en petit groupe. Si au moment du départ la taille du groupe a atteint le nombre minimum prévu, nous vous rembourserons ce supplément.
Révision du prix :
Toute modification des taux de change, du coût des carburants, des tarifs des transporteurs ou d’autres prestataires de services peut entraîner conformément à la loi le réajustement des prix publiés.
Pour toute modification du prix de la part de ETHNIX TOURS, le client en sera informé par lettre au plus tard dans les 30 jours avant le départ. Tous refus de s’acquitter du nouveau prix de la part du client sera considéré comme une annulation, entraînant l’application des dispositions prévues à cet effet.
Formalités de police et sanitaires
Chaque participant est tenu de se plier aux règlements de formalités de police et sanitaires. Les informations contenues dans nos brochures et sites Internet ne sont fournies qu'à titre indicatif et ne peuvent engager notre responsabilité. Il appartient au client de s’informer personnellement des formalités de police et sanitaires en vigueur. Le non-respect de ces règlements implique la seule responsabilité du participant qui prendra à sa charge les frais occasionnés.
Particularité de nos séjours et voyages
Vu le caractère particulier de nos séjours chaque participant est pleinement conscient que durant ces voyages il peut courir certains risques inhérents à la pratique de l’activité (altitude, moyens de communications, éloignement des centres médicaux, etc …). Chaque participant déclare assumer ces risques pour lui, ses ayants droit et membres de sa famille en toute connaissance de cause et par conséquent, s’engage à ne pas reporter la responsabilité de ces risques et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur ETHNIX TOURS, ses guides et ses prestataires locaux. Ceci est également valable pour des comportements personnels imprudents, départ volontaire pendant le séjour ou non respect de nos programmes et de nos recommandations. ETHNIX TOUR se réserve le droit d’expulser tout participant dont le comportement pourrait mettre en danger la sécurité du groupe ou le bien être des autres participants. Aucun remboursement ni indemnité compensatoire ne sera versé.
Séjour encadré :
Chaque participant doit se conformer aux conseils et consignes données par l’encadrant représentant de l’agence, (guide de haute montagne, accompagnateur, moniteur). Sur place, ils sont les meilleurs juges, ils peuvent être amenés à modifier l'itinéraire en fonction de la météo ou si la sécurité du groupe le nécessite.
Séjour liberté : Il s’agit de circuits vendus sans encadrement ou guide. Pour des raisons de sécurité tous les séjours liberté ne peuvent se faire qu'à partir de 2 personnes au minimum.
Ces formules demandent quelques notions indispensables :
• Le topo-guide n’étant qu’un support, il est indispensable de bien savoir lire une carte
• Avoir des notions d'orientation en montagne (boussole, altimètre)
• Avoir des notions de météorologie
• Avoir une expérience de la randonnée en montagne
• Etre en bonne forme physique
Recommandations pour les randonnées en liberté :
• Ne jamais partir seul, tard dans la journée, ou avec une mauvaise météo
• S'équiper de matériel suffisant et adapté
• En cas d’interruption de séjour par l’un des deux participants, ne pas continuer seul
• Ne pas modifier l’itinéraire sans prévenir l’agence.
• Suivre les descriptifs, consignes et recommandations donnés dans les topo-guides.
• Durant le séjour se tenir informé des prévisions météo, des événements imprévus comme incendies, grèves, interdictions, administratives ou préfectorales.
Pour les formules liberté ETHNIX TOURS ne pourrait être tenu responsable des accidents et incidents dus à une mauvaise interprétation du topo-guide, une erreur de lecture de carte, le non respect de l’itinéraire, des recommandations ou des règles de sécurité.
Annulation
De votre part :
Toute annulation ou modification de votre part avant le départ doit nous parvenir par lettre recommandée avec A.R. La date d’accusé de réception de cette lettre, est la date qui sera retenue comme date d’annulation pour le calcul des frais. Le montant des sommes retenues est calculé selon le barème suivant :
• A plus de 30 jours : somme forfaitaire de 45 € par personne non remboursable par l’assurance.
• De 30 à 21 jours : 25% du montant
• De 20 à 8 jours : 50% du montant
• De 7 à 2 jours : 75% du montant
• A moins de 2 jours ou non présentation au départ : la totalité du montant dû.
Ces sommes (sauf le montant à plus de 30 jours), vous seront remboursées par l'assurance en cas d'annulation justifiée si vous avez pris une telle assurance. L’assurance n’entre en vigueur qu’à partir de 30 jours avant le départ, ce qui implique que la somme forfaitaire de 45 € par personne ne sera pas remboursable par l’assurance. Le montant de
l'assurance et les frais de dossier ne sont également pas remboursables.
Non présentation
Votre non présentation ou retard au rendez-vous n’ouvre droit à aucun remboursement.
Interruption de séjour
Toute interruption volontaire de votre part n'ouvre droit à aucun remboursement, de même qu'une exclusion décidée par votre guide, pour niveau insuffisant ou non-respect des consignes de sécurité. En cas d'impossibilité à effectuer le séjour, vous pouvez nous proposer un remplaçant à la condition qu'il remplisse les mêmes conditions et que nous n'ayons pas déjà engagé de réservations à votre nom. Vous êtes tenus de nous en informer au plus tard 7 jours avant le départ par L.R. avec AR.
Modification du contrat
Toute modification du contrat ou du voyage de votre part à plus de 30 jours entraîne le paiement de la somme forfaitaire de 45 euros par personne. Pour une modification à moins de 30 jours, elle sera considérée comme une annulation avec la mise en application des modalités prévues en cas d’annulation de votre part. Dans tous les cas cette modification doit nous parvenir par courrier avec A.R
De notre part :
Si nous devions annuler un départ pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté, notamment en cas de force majeure (grève, sécurité du groupe, situation climatique dangereuse), nous vous proposerions alors différentes solutions de remplacement, au tarif en vigueur, ou le remboursement intégral des sommes payées. D'autre part certains de nos séjours étant soumis à un nombre minimal de participants, si nous devions annuler, en raison d’un nombre de participants insuffisants vous en seriez informé au plus tard 21 jours avant la date prévue. Aucune indemnité compensatoire ne sera versée. Afin d’éviter d’annuler un séjour en raison d’un nombre de participants trop faible, nous pouvons dans certains cas, vous proposer un supplément « petit groupe ».
Modifications durant le voyage
Si les dates aller et retour de votre voyage sont modifiées, en raison d'une perturbation du transport aérien, maritime ou terrestre, nous ne pouvons en aucun cas être tenus pour responsable et vous demanderons une participation aux frais supplémentaires réels occasionnés. Si nous nous trouvions dans l'impossibilité de fournir une partie des engagements prévus, nous ferions tout notre possible pour les remplacer par des prestations équivalentes. Nous pouvons être amenés, lorsque les circonstances nous y contraignent, à substituer un moyen de transport à un autre, un hôtel à un autre, prendre un itinéraire différent ou annuler certaines excursions sans que ces modifications exceptionnelles donnent lieu à une quelconque indemnisation ; l'acheteur ne pourra les refuser sans motif valable. Dans tous ces cas, ces modifications ne pourront donner lieu à versement de dommages et intérêts.
Assurances
Conformément à la réglementation, nous avons une assurance couvrant nos responsabilités professionnelles, mais elle ne peut se substituer à votre responsabilité civile individuelle. De plus, il est indispensable de posséder une garantie multirisque couvrant les frais d'annulation - rapatriement - maladieaccidents de voyage - secours en montagne - interruption de voyage.
Responsabilité
ETHNIX TOURS ne saurait se substituer à la responsabilité individuelle de chacun. ETHNIX TOURS agissant en qualité d'intermédiaire entre, d'une part, le client et d'autre part, différents prestataires (transporteurs, hôteliers, affréteurs ; guides ; etc ... ), ne saurait être confondue avec ces derniers qui, en tout état de cause, conservent leur responsabilité propre. Vu le caractère particulier de nos voyages et séjours et Conformément à l’article 23 de la loi du 13 juillet 1992, ETHNIX TOURS, ne saurait être tenue pour responsable et redevable d'aucune indemnité en cas d’annulation ou de changement, de dates, d'horaires ou d'itinéraires prévus, pour les raison suivantes :
• circonstances périlleuses impliquant la sécurité du client.
• cas de force majeure lié à des décisions préfectorale ou administrative.
• événements imprévus avant ou pendant le séjour (météo, grève, crise politique, retard dans les transports, vol ou perte de bagage, de billet ou pièce d’identité ou tout autre document officiel indispensable).
• retard du client et non présentation à l’heure au lieu de rendez-vous convenu.
ETHNIX TOURS ne pourrait être tenue pour responsables des incidents, accidents ou dommages corporels qui pourraient résulter d'une initiative personnelle imprudente ou du non respect des consignes du chef de groupe ou de nos recommandations dans nos topo-guides. ETHNIX TOURS se réserve le droit d’interrompre le séjour d’un client dont l’attitude pourrait être dangereuse pour la sécurité ou le bien-être des autres participants. Les frais supplémentaires, occasionnés par ces faits (hébergements, taxi, location…) seront à régler sur place par le client. Les prestations non consommées qui en résultent ne pourront être remboursées
Informatique
Les demandes de brochures et les inscriptions sont traitées informatiquement. Vous bénéficiez d’un droit d’accès et de modification des informations vous concernant. Sauf avis contraire de votre part, nous nous réservons la possibilité d’utiliser ces informations pour vous faire parvenir diverses informations commerciales.
Photos/itinéraires/Animaux
Les photos figurant dans les descriptifs sont simplement illustratives et n’ont pas un caractère contractuel. Les itinéraires ne sont donnés qu’a titre indicatif. Sans accord préalable avec ETHNIX TOURS, les animaux sont interdits sur les séjours.
Litiges
• Toute réclamation relative au séjour doit être adressée à ETHNIX TOURS par lettre recommandée avec AR, accompagnée des pièces justificatives dans un délai d'un mois après la date du retour, • En cas de litige, seul le tribunal De Saint-Denis est compétent.
