A Hygge mind-set without the hype of Hygge

A Hygge mind-set without the hype of Hygge Finding comfort Hygge within yourself, in comparison to finding it on the outside, is quite different. Is it possible?? Does it exist?? Can you bring ‘it’ - ‘Hygge’ to life?? Yes, off course, anybody can. All you need is, to be willing to ‘accept’ your perception and situation the way it is. Can you do that?? Whether we internalise Hygge, or look for it externally, is a matter of our mind-set. It’s upon each of our personal perception of how we view our situation. Do we ‘want’ to ‘feel’ Hygge in our current situation?? Yes, we do!!! Can we ‘feel’ Hygge in it?? As painful or utterly boring our personal situation is ‘perceived’ to be, can we ‘look for’ Hygge in it?? Asking yourself these questions in silence of your mind, is very important. Silence opens your mind to deeply focus on your personal perception of your situation. It gives you a kind of a clear understanding of thoughts and observations. When you perceive in silence, chances are, you begin to observe your situation from another point of view. You begin to understand your situation differently, maybe even realise another perceived view, is so much easier than what you originally thought you ‘saw’. This process of perceiving Hygge every single moment, is not an easy one, especially when your mind isn’t clear, or if you’re going through a rough patch at the moment. But as the saying goes – nothing lasts forever. As the air begins to clear up, and you realise the depths of your past situation, you can sit with that lovely cup of tea, stare out the window, realise what went wrong or right, how you could have fixed the situation in a better way, so on and so forth. Hygge-ing out your issues, in silence of your mind, whether you go out for a long walk in the woods, or sit by your fireplace, or comfort food cooking, or simply look deeply into the sky, purely gives you a clear, simple, and definitive appreciation of what you can do in future to better your understanding of what lies before you. Hygge-ing it out in silence, makes you more appreciative of the little things you can do next time around. If you want to feel and appreciate Hygge, you’ll find it in the little things you do for yourself and for others that show on their ‘pleased’ countenance. Those are the moments you feel that deep personal appreciation and satisfaction, for and from your very soul, that constitute internalising the very definition of Hygge in this present times.
