EVALUATION REPORT TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING IN SPAIN –ZARAUTZ 27th May to 31st May 2019 The survey was carried among five partner schools from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain by the main Coordinator Ms Grażyna Markowska.

Question 1 Have the plans been followed, and if not, why? Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. The plans of the project have been followed by the partners. There is no problem during the applying of the project plan. Although the English partner withdrew from the project , we managed to do all activities and mobilities in time thanks to the coordinator.

Question 2 Are the goals achieved through pedagogical lesson plans, games, plays achieved? Please describe briefly . Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. The goals are achieved through pedagogical lesson plans, games. We took students’ attention to the project thanks to games and lesson plans. Using these materials we achieved main goals of the project. We took part in many activities some seminars, university activities and role playing.

Question 3 What are the benefits of given activities for the pupils? The most important benefit of the activities for the students is understanding the importance of enterprising. They learn how to improve their own skills and pass their barriers for success.


Very important benefit for students is that they can take part in mobilities and learn together with their peers. Students have gained entrepreneurial and social skills. They have improved math skills but at the same time they have developed creativity.

Question 4 What are the benefits of mobilities for the students who took part in them? One of the benefit of mobility is that the students and teachers had a chance to recognize similarities and differences between European countries. They learnt to belong to European group and they have felt as the European citizens. They are aware of the importance of foreign languages and they have improved English skills. Students have opportunity to learn together with their peers and gain entrepreneurial skills. They have made friends with all partner schools and it breaks many prejudices.

Question 5 What skills are being developed among students by taking part in mobilities? The students have developed their self-esteem and they have improved social skills. They had a chance to make new friends around Europe and see different style of lives. They have improved their interaction skills and started to express themselves easily. The most important is that they were able to go abroad first time in their life. They gave gained social and language skills.

Question 6 What are the benefits of mobilities for the teachers who took part in short-term joint staff training events? There are so many benefits but the most important is that they have opportunity to share their knowledge with European colleagues. Teachers have improved ICT skills by taking part in the workshops, learnt new applications to use in the classroom. Moreover teachers have gained knowledge how to help students to develop their creativity. They have learnt new skills by taking part in the workshops, and the gained knowledge has been introduced in their schools. They have opportunity to share experience and taken materials to their classroom in order to be innovative teacher.


Question 7 What skills are being developed among teachers by taking part in mobilities? Teachers have improved their language skills by taking part in mobilties. They have developed their social skills and they have gained new knowledge which has been introduced in their schools and classrooms. They have learnt how to teach entrepreneurship in innovative way by learning from their European colleagues.

Question 8 Is the project helping to raise achievement levels? Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. The project helps to raise achievement levels because it draws attention of students and teachers to the main topic and it has created a new learning environment for both students and teachers.

Question 9 Are the means of communication used appropriate and efficient? Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. The means of communication are appropriate and efficient. Thanks to the coordinator Poland we are always in touch. All of the project activities are done well thanks to good communication among partners. We are using all social media platforms, email, Facebook group and WhatsApp for a good communication. Question 10 Does the project have an impact on the curriculum? Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. The project has an impact on the school curriculum . So far all partners have done all project activities according to the similarities between the curriculum such as maths lesson plans, they have introduced teaching entrepreneurship as a key skill.

Question 11 Is the collaboration with the partners involved meet your expectation? Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES.


The collaboration among partners are great. The responders wrote that thanks to the coordinator who is great at the project and she manages to collaborate all activities among partners. The coordinator helps us to solve problems and all decisions are made together.

Question 12 Are the dissemination activities carried out in sufficient way, and if not why? If yes, please describe briefly. Five partners from Sicily, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Spain answered YES. Etwinning platform is used for dissemination of the project activities. The project website is used, too. The dissemination activities have been carried in sufficient way in each school. The project gadgets were produced in order to promote it in wider community. The walls at school have been done as well as banners and other displays. The Erasmus+ Entrepreneurship Days were organized in order to promote the project .Cooperation with universities has help us to promote the project in local community as well as during the meetings with partners we promoted our project among local authorities, local teachers .We use Facebook group where all the activities are uploaded.

Question 13 What would you like to happen next? Two partner school want to continue further cooperation and start a new project together. The others want to continue to teach entrepreneurial skills to their students.
