Our business courses give you the skills you need to work in the exciting, fast-paced business world. You will gain knowledge in all aspects of business while developing an understanding of its operations and how business influences our everyday lives.
FIRST BUSINESS
LEVEL 2 - 1 YEAR WHAT WILL I DO?
You will learn about a wide range of subjects such as enterprise in the business world, finance for business, principles of marketing, recruitment and selection and building successful business teams. You will also take part in educational visits and guest lectures.
YOU NEED:
A relevant level 1 qualification or four GCSEs grade 3 or above.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Progress to a relevant level 3 course such as the Level 3 Extended Certificate in Business or Foundation Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
NATIONAL EXTENDED CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS
LEVEL 3 - 1 YEAR WHAT WILL I DO?
You will learn about a wide range of subjects: • Exploring business • Developing a marketing campaign • Personal and business finance • Educational visits • Guest lectures
Lessons will include a mixture of lectures, workshops, research and practical activities. You will also get the chance to do some work experience.
YOU NEED:
Five GCSE grades 4-9, including English and maths.
WHAT’S NEXT?
You could continue your studies and progress to National Diploma in Business. You can also progress on to our HNC in business.
NATIONAL FOUNDATION DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS INC DIGITAL MARKETING
LEVEL 3 - 1 YEAR WHAT WILL I DO?
You will learn about a wide range of subjects: • Exploring business • Developing a marketing campaign • Personal and business finance • Managing an event • Educational visits • Guest lectures
Lessons will include a mixture of lectures, workshops, research and practical activities. You will also get the chance to do some work experience.

Five GCSE grades 4-9, including English or maths.

You could continue your studies and progress to one of our National Diploma in Business courses, and then progress on to our HNC in Business.
