PROFESSIONAL COOKERY There are dozens of roles within the catering and hospitality sector so whether you enjoy the heat of the kitchen or the excitement of the restaurant floor, our catering and hospitality courses will give you the skills you need to work in this fastpaced and enjoyable industry. You’ll work in our busy training kitchens and take part in exciting projects like our annual Hell’s Kitchen night, where students cook with chefs from the army.

INTRODUCTION TO THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY ENTRY LEVEL 3 - 1 YEAR WHAT WILL I DO? This course will give you a basic understanding of what it’s like to work in the hospitality industry. You will work in our busy training kitchens learning how to prepare dishes and deliver top quality service. As you will be working in a commercial kitchen you will need a uniform and safety shoes.
