Tuesday, May 7, was our opening day for the EPWGA League this year. It was a chilly, damp day, but 18 members braved the cold weather. Out of those 18 players, 13 finished 18 holes! The game of the day was “Low Net,” so everyone's handicap was subtracted from their 18 hole gross score. 1ST FLIGHT: 1st Place: Carrie Logan (70) 2nd Place: Ruth Moser (72) 3rd Place: Candy Sulzbach (73) 2ND FLIGHT: 1st Place: Hulda Bachman (69) 2nd Place: FloAnn Jett (70) 3rd Place: Marilyn Soby (73) 3RD FLIGHT: (These people played 9 holes, due to the cold weather) 1st Place: Judi Cunningham (32) 2nd Place: Stacey Harding (35) This year, we welcome new members Melanie Beck, Carol Arnold, Tia Cottey, Holly Deem and Nan Ryan! If you are interested in membership, please contact President, Judi Cunningham, at mjb44@tdsmail.com.
