Are there any Standard Time Critical and Custom Time Critical pricing restrictions for shipments?
A: Yes, Standard Time Critical and Custom Time Critical pricing is limited to shipments that weigh 10,000 lbs or less and use up to 12 linear feet of trailer space. Larger or heavier shipments are spot rated using our VTL rate retriever.
To avoid increased charges on your large or heavy shipment after an audit is performed, contact the Estes Solution Center at timecritical@estes-express.com for a quote before shipping.
do I schedule a Guaranteed MABD delivery?
A:You can request a pickup by using our Pickup Request application on My Estes or by contacting your local terminal. If you are requesting same-day pickup service, especially after 3:00p.m. local time, please call your local terminal to confirm availability.
A: You can request Estes Retail Guarantee by selecting the Estes Retail Guaranteed tile when getting an online rate quote or filling out your BOL. On your BOL, indicate your preferred MABD in the Special Instructions box by including “No Sooner / No Later” and the date or date range.
You can also add the following information to the Special Instructions box of your BOL:
A: Estes successfully delivers to most major national retailers including Walmart, Amazon, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Kroger, Dollar General, Ulta, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, KeHe, Albertsons, Costco, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Meijer, Publix, Safeway, and more.
