Katie’s dedication to quality, creativity, and sustainable farming practices shines through in every bottle and glass, offering guests an unforgettable tasting experience.
“
The beauty of winemaking is that you only get one shot at it. Each vintage is a new opportunity, and you have to work with what nature gives you. It’s like starting a new season each year, and that makes it special. “
Katie Bundschu, 6th Generation Winemaker & Founder of Abbot’s Passage

On the wall next to the communal table in the Estelle store is a trio of portraits by Tasha Bock titled Matriarchs at Sunday Dinner honors the strong women from Stephanie’s childhood.
These portraits depict her maternal grandmother Celestine, a close family friend Miss Sally, and the family preacher’s wife Mrs. Brooks, who were central to the Sunday dinners that formed the heart of her upbringing.
