Serrano, Iberico

The Serrano Ham is the rear extremity of the white pig, that after a salting and drying process, has to rest and mature in cellars so it looses the content of water, getting elder, acquiring a characteristic taste and flavor to become a unique piece.

Once Cured, All the hams may be boned and vacuum packed. This boned process of our pieces is realized always when hams have completely finished their treatment in order to guarantee the best flavor also in our boned products.

Once Boned, the ham can be cut in slices and also vacuum packed so that it turns out to be more practical for the consumer. The slicing is done when the hams have more than 1 year of curing Also Available in Half and Quarter pieces, It can be presented with a red mesh bag.

It can be prepared as natural with V cut, Or be clean in the front size with V cut in the rear side, Or even be clean in the front size and without skin in the rear side, with rectangular shape.

Also Available 100g, 150g, and 250g vacuum package with dividers between the slices

Iberian Secret pâté This pâté has a full and intense flavour. With very harmonious feelings, a back prolonged taste and amusing nuances of spices.

Duck pâté Discover the most authentic flavor with this duck pâté. Elaborated with duck liver and according to our traditional receipt, the duck pâté is considerate as an exquisite. Moreover, its soft and delicate flavor, doesn´t leave any palate indifferent.

Spicy Iberian pâté The spiced meals are today the options of the varied world gastronomy, which we have at our range. What is spicy has a high concentration of vitamin C, which stimulates the production of endorphins, proteins “of the pleasure”. The spiced meals count many partisans, from there, the growth of the restaurants proposing very seasoned dishes, mainly the Mexican gastronomy, enjoy a great popularity.

Morcilla with Pine nuts pâté Subtlety is the best qualifier which indicates this pâté. It is certain that its texture is smooth like few others and the entry in mouth is very light. Its flavor and its aroma are an explosion of nuances. This combination between softness and elegance make it as a splendid gastronomical work of art.

Iberian pâté with Cherry This fruit has a tasty, juicy and refreshing pulp, which gives special nuances to this pâté. The cherry is considered as a good source of vitamin C and bio flavonoids, which transforms itself into an excellent natural antioxidant.

Iberian pâté with Pimentón de la Vera This pâté presents three flavors nuances perfectly ordered: initially a sweetened flavor, follow-up by a tasty smoking, and finally a soft spicy. Simply spectacular. Pimentón de la Vera is a truly artisanal paprika, unique in its concept and its development. It had the pride to reach the category “Protected designation of origin”.

Braized Pork Sirloin pâté As it’s well-known, the sirloin is one of the softest and juicy parts of the pig.

Moreover this pâté presents a smoked touch.

It is recommended to serve hot.

Almagro Eggplant pâté The Eggplant pâté is typical in a lot of Mediterranean and Middle East countries.

It is at the same time a soft and tempting dish, which proves to be difficult to cease eating once started. The Almagro Eggplant is cultivated in some villages of Calatrava field. They are canned with a special seasoning what makes it possible to keep them edible for a long period.

Artichoke pâté The artichoke is from always much appreciated in the Mediterranean kitchen.
