Location: The Environmental Science building at The University of North Texas
Atrium as a Central Hub:
A large space hosting student activities such as career fairs, parties, and exhibitions.
Functions as a storage area for faculty members.
Draws in the general public due to the presence of a public planetarium.
Intuitive wayfinding interfaces to guide visitors effectively, making navigation easier.
Aims to create an engaging, memorable experience that encourages visitor interaction with the space

Flexible Exhibit Hall:
Dedicated space for K-8 student visits from public schools.
Provides exhibit areas for children’s artwork and university student displays.
Opportunity for effective storage solutions to maximize flexibility and usability

Sensory space: Interactive learning center for kids providing sensory space for user experience

Integrate organic shapes and lines to create a sense of movement and energy within the space
Varied Seating Experiences:
Strategically separate seating areas to provide different levels of privacy and diverse dining experiences

Efficient Circulation:
Design clear and intuitive pathways to improve the functionality of the space for staff

Highlight Fossil's expertise in using leather and other durable materials for crafting long-lasting accessories.
Showcase Limited Edition Collections:
Feature exclusive watches and small accessories like wallets and purses, emphasizing their uniqueness and craftsmanship

Incorporate sustainable materials into the design to align with modern eco-conscious values
Brand Identity & History:
Celebrate Fossil’s heritage by weaving its brand story and identity into the store's design.
Modern Relevance:
Blend classic elements with contemporary aesthetics to ensure the store resonates with today’s consumers.
03 Retail Design

04 Hospitality Design
Location: Irving, Texas
Size: 6 Floors, 128 Rooms, 7 Accessible Rooms
Architectural Style: Colonial Revival

Create a hotel lobby that reflects Holiday Inn's dedication to connecting the travel industry and welcoming all guests
Warm and Inviting Atmosphere:
Design spaces that offer guests a sense of home and comfort
Eco-Friendly Focus:
Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly materials to align with modern environmental priorities.


05 Kitchen Design
Requirements:
Small Kitchen
Very large Master bedroom
Space between the garage and bedroom unused
No natural lights
No connection to the nature
Open cabinets to reach equipment easily
Over the counter oven
Cabinet dishwasher
15" landing area from microwave, refrigerator, oven, and other equipment
L shape counter with double island with 3' walkway
Pull-down cabinets
Requirements:
Open kitchen for multiple cooks and helpers
Aging in Place
Coffee Jura
Meal Prep area
Natural Lights
Compost and recycle bins
Easy to clean materials
Spacious for their dogs to eat
