FSC & LEEDs Manufacturing is done in an accredited Forest Stewardship Council Facility and our panels are fully certified, finished FSC products for Greenbuild and LEEDs programs where applicable.

Raincoast Contours provides the best material available on the North American market for our contoured panels. Our standard size is ¾” x 61” x 109”, although other sizes are available when necessary.

We build to your physical requirements.

Raincoast Contours works in larger than average panel sizes. Our standard size is 5’ x 9’ but we can go bigger – it depends on the building material’s availability.

We can design your art to your architectural requirements incorporating the physical features of the building as we go. Custom touches to allow for doorways, light switches and anything else to work around make the panels obviously custom designed, intentional and one of a kind. What’s more - we provide incredible quality finishes from solid colour painted finishes, paint with glazes, stains on wood, multiple colours, even real metal finishes. Go ahead, let us work with you to create a bold and artsy statement in your next project.

Shelving and other products will be recessed into the contoured surface to give full relief of the board’s texture. For items such as light switches and windows we typically stop the contour profile back a small amount (1/4”?) to enable a smooth surfacve to mount switch plates to. The advantage is no finishing by on-site carpenters. Everything is ready for installation when it arrives – built to fit.
