Hi there, Welcome to our February edition Was January cold enough for you? There’s nothing like going back to work after Christmas and being greeted by the freezing cold is there?

I’m currently typing this in my office that is only 7 Degrees!

That’ll be the last time I forget to put the heating back on.

The first article in the magazine this month is called You Vs February and its all about keeping your fitness motivation and no falling at the first few hurdles.

If you are yet to really find fitness motivation, you should read The Castle Point Community Support team’s article about the FREE fitness sessions they are offering to local residents.

We also have 10 really simple jobs this month if you fancy braving the cold in your garden. I’m sure it will be worth it come the Spring.
