Fun Times at Aloha College The students at Aloha College have been busy bees, taking part in a wide range of activities in addition to the core curriculum. The College Hall was recently transformed into 1950s Skid Row NY, as students from older years performed the musical Little Shop Of Horrors. Aloha also recently celebrated its annual Book Week, featuring the Junior and Senior book fairs and a well-attended visit from famous footballer-turned-children’s author, Dan Freedman, who spoke on the pleasures of writing. Additionally, the Junior School library hosted a session in which Senior School pupils read to younger students. Chess was another big activity, with Key Stage 3 students taking part in a chess tournament organised by the Sports Department of the Marbella Town Hall. The winners will represent Aloha College against other schools in the next Inter-School Chess Tournament, which will take place at the Palacio de Congresos in Marbella this month.
