Fearless: Adventures with Extraordinary Women

BBC presenter Louise Minchin launched her new book in Chester on 25 May at a fabulous event at Storyhouse. The evening was an opportunity to share a little bit of some of the 17 extraordinary stories that she covers in the book. Each story explores the lives of the women who are breaking down barriers, smashing records and challenging stereotypes.

Louise explains: “To get to the heart of who these women are, I decided to do it the way that I know best, by taking part, spending time beside them to experience the things they love.”

The official launch was then followed by a questions and answers session.
