CORE COLLECTION 2019 When we rst began over 15 years ago, we had been inspired by the movement that the Dove real beauty campaign was creating. We put a call out to our Team Leaders asking them to model for us and they jumped at the chance, excited to help us represent women’s bodies in all forms. Along the way, we strayed from that. I’ve wanted to get back to celebrating women and being more inclusive. I’m proud to say this catalog marks the change back to our inclusive roots.

We wrapped up 2018 with a photoshoot that I’ve been dreaming about for a long time. A women-led, women-photographed shoot with seven women from all walks of life; with bodies that deserve more representation. I can’t fully describe the energy in the studio but it was certainly intoxicating!

These women, who were not models and mostly strangers to each other, proudly stood in front of the camera, setting aside their insecurities to be part of a movement bigger than themselves. They know, like most of us do, how much it means to see ourselves re ected proudly in media and marketing programs.

That exposure helps to quiet the voices that whisper “we’re not good enough”.

The journey to loving ourselves isn’t always an easy one. If I’m being honest, I’ve spent a lot of my life not loving my body, being highly frustrated with rolls, wrinkles, stretch marks, and anything else I could nd to pick apart. Now, after far too much time, I’ve come to appreciate all the unique parts of me. What I want most for you is to spend less time than I did learning to love yourself.

We often say that, “If you change your bra, you change your life.” We say it because we’ve seen it time and time again.
