The MFRC is committed to supporting youth and family wellness. Staff at the centre can assist with navigating mental health systems, helpful referrals and resources.

Need volunteer hours to graduate? Would you like to meet youth in your community? Want to help out? Come to volunteer at Esquimalt MFRC to help with child minding and various projects. Not a registered volunteer yet?
