Peterborough Beer Festival Just to cheer you up, here’s a summer throwback to when 27,500 of us descended on the Embankment and enjoyed supping some ales at the Peterborough Beer Festival in August. Perfectly organised by the local branch of CAMRA and brought to life by a dedicated band of truly wonderful volunteers, this annual event is one of ESP’s favourites and once again we were all too pleased to join the beer judging panel. The 42nd event did not disappoint with some great live music, a huge range of ales, gins, ciders and wine and… some great weather! Our photographer Mike Harris was there to capture you all having a fantastic time working you way through some 72,500 pints and 400 bottles of gin (that wasn’t all down to the Editor honest….)
