Nuisance Corner Nuisance Corner Do We Have A Dog Feces Problem?

We have found that municipalities in New York State and the city of Tel Aviv in Israel have implemented a Dog DNA testing program that will require all dog owners to register their dogs DNA on a Genetic Database that the cities have contracted with.

The cities will: 1. Require dog owners to present their pets for cheek-swab DNA testing so the cities can track pooper scooper sco aws. 2. Feces found on the premises will be checked against the database to collar the guilty party. 3. The guilty party will be administered a ne. The cities have implemented this policy in response to homeowner and pedestrian complaints about an increase in dog waste around the landscape. What Do You Think? Do We Have A Problem?
