While the show can’t go on forever, the afterparty will continue, with Evergone playing at the Esperance Motor Hotel on Saturday night and at Taylor St Quarters on Sunday. If you’re chasing some outdoor fun, the weather is shaping up to be stellar. Kids can work off some of that showbag-induced energy at the skate park— there’s a Tailtap Skate Clinic at 3pm on Sunday. Or, as our contributor Kevin says, pack the car, head to the beach and get shacked. Speaking of crafty, the Cannery Arts Centre has relaunched Art Lab, its workshop series. Now is the time to recruit some mates and get your creative juices flowin’. With classes like Life Drawing, Body Painting for Beginners and Wine and Weave, this is an opportunity for some classic laughs and a great way to shake up your boring midweek habits.
