Adult Female Only Learn to Swim
Springboard Diving Level 1
Following the Canadian Amateur Diving Association curriculum, learn an introduction to basic springboard diving skills. Participants must be comfortable in the deep end and be able to tread water for 1 minute. Age: 8 years + Location: Civic Recreation Complex
Taught by female instructors in a curtain enclosed pool. Swimmers will be taught in a group setting according to abillity in one of two levels: beginner or intermediate/ advanced. Age: 14 years + Location: Donevan Recreation Complex
Adult Learn to Swim
Following the Canadian Amateur Diving Association Curriculum, Level 2 offers the next steps of advanced dives and skills. Participants must complete Springboard Diving level 1 prior to registering for Level 2.
A two-level swimming and water-safety program based on personal choice. Participants set their own goals, proceed at their own pace, and track their own progress. Participants will be grouped according to ability in one of the two levels: beginner, or intermediate/advanced. Newcomers and experienced swimmers are welcome!

Springboard Diving Level 1/2
Following the Canadian Amateur Diving Association Curriculum, Level 2 offers the next steps of advanced dives and skills. Participants must complete Springboard Diving level 1 prior to registering for Level 2. Age: 8 years + Location: Civic Recreation Complex
Taught by female instructions in a curtain enclosed pool. Swimmers will be taught in a 1:1 ratio. Participants will receive individual attention to improve their swimming technique. Age: 14 years + Location: Donevan Recreation Complex
