4.1.5 Spell Checking The Spell Checking
In some cases your Spell Checking tool may be greyed out. This usually occurs because you have not indicated which of the editable areas on your page you would like to spell check. Simply click inside of the editable area you wish to check and the tool should become useable.

Figure 4-3: Spell Checking Dialogue Spell checking can be done in one of two ways. To spell check specific text select it and click the Spell Checking button. If you prefer to spell check an entire editable are simply click anywhere inside that area and click the Spell Checking button.
4.1.6 Clean Up MS-Word Content The Clean Up MS-Word Content button is intended to remove “junk� code that is carried over when text is copied and pasted directly from Microsoft Word (and other similar applications). This tool should be considered as a last resort only as there are types of code embedded in some copied text that it cannot remove. If possible, rather than using this tool, delete the mistakenly copied text and use the Paste As Text or Paste From Word Tool (see below for more specific information).
4.1.7 Paste as Text The Paste As Text button allows you to paste content into your web page while stripping out all formatting. This tool will remove fonts and font styles, colours, sizes, links, lists, and any hidden code that may have come along with the text. What it leaves is plain text formatted only by the style sheet of your web site. To use this tool copy the text from the original source as you normally would, then position your cursor within your web page where you would like to place your text. Click the Paste As Text button and the Paste As Text dialogue will open. see Figure 4-4
