Held annually since 1992, this event attracts senior people responsible for environmental engineering, regulations and compliance issues. Session topics covered: • Environmental regulation and compliance • Managing approvals and permits • Proactive air emissions compliance • Reducing carbon costs • Environmental management standards and guidelines • Managing inspectors and investigators • Industrial waste and waste diversion

Combined, the two shows attracted some 500 ex-
hibiting companies and 7,000 tradeshow and conference delegates. The event also featured several draw prizes for conference delegates, some of which were sponsored by John Wiley & Sons Canada Ltd.
