CONGRATULATIONS TO THE EPISCOPAL SCHOOL OF DALLAS FOR 50 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE!

JONATHAN SCURTIS / 2022
KRISTIAN SCURTIS
ROLLINS SCURTIS / 2030

WELCOME TO THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY ESD PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION AUCTION, “STUDIO ‘74”!

Tonight we are totally psyched to celebrate 50 years of The Episcopal School of Dallas with our far-out ESD community!

“Dallas meets Disco” is all about the rad work we’ve done together this past year to create a night that’s truly unforgettable. We’re here to honor five decades of ESD while raising funds to support the next 50 years for our students, faculty, and staff. Every dollar raised tonight will make a lasting impact, helping keep ESD Stayin’ Alive for generations to come.

It’s been a real honor to chair the Auction during this historic 50th year, but it’s been a true team effort. Tonight’s groovy party wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our sponsors, donors, and ticket holders. It’s a true reflection of what makes ESD so special – We Are Family!

A huge shout-out to everyone who made this night possible – especially the stellar ESD staff, committee chairs and members and all the volunteers who dedicated so much time and energy to tonight’s celebration, and our fab PA President, Caitlin Hyatt, who rolled with every out of sight idea we had to make tonight extra special. We are especially grateful to our Show Chair, Ashlyn Damm, for putting on the hottest Parent, Alumni and Faculty Show in town! This party is totally happening, and we can’t wait to see everyone hit the dance floor!

Thank you for sharing our vision and coming tonight to Giddy Up and Boogie Down!

Now let’s get those bids in and make the 50th Anniversary Auction a truly historic night of fundraising for our school!

Giddy Up & Boogie Down

DEAR ESD FAMILIES AND FRIENDS,

I am privileged to welcome everyone here tonight to Studio ’74. It’s a special evening where we celebrate and support a remarkable 50-year legacy and all that is extraordinary at ESD, starting with community.

On behalf of the school, I would like to thank the many parents, teachers, staff, and friends who have generously donated their time and talent to benefit the resources required to ignite lives of purpose. Through your support here tonight, funds raised will help provide enrichment opportunities and resources for students, faculty, and staff, as well as professional development and dedicated funds to support the fine arts department.

Special thanks to the ESDPA and our outstanding Auction Co-chairs, Cassy Sands, P’33, ’34, and Lauren Stewart P’31, ’34, ’37; our ESDPA President, Caitlin Hyatt, P’28, ’30, ’34; and the numerous volunteers who made this evening possible.

Enjoy the evening!

Onward and Upward, David
