Enrollment Process Enrollment must be completed through the Marketplace, where you can select the desired activities.

After selecting the activities and accepting the contract, our After School team will finalize the enrollment in the system and send a confirmation message regarding your registration, If you are interested in an activity that is currently full, our After School coordinator will place you on the waiting list.

Fees and Payments The activities have an annual cost, which is divided into monthly installments to facilitate payment.

Invoices are generated monthly and will be available on the financial portal. ⚠️ Important: Learners with outstanding financial issues with the school will not be able to enroll in activities.

The debt must be settled before the enrollment can be processed.

This way, we increase the number of available classes throughout the day and provide our learners with the option to leave earlier.

Snack time ⚠️ Important Notice It is important to note that for learners enrolled in activities starting at 3:40 PM, there will not be enough time for a snack before class. However, if they wish to bring a snack, they may eat it after the activity while waiting for pickup.

Learners who wait for activities between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM may bring an extra snack from home.

The response time from the department regarding your request is up to 24 hours.

After School All learners will be directed to the Showroom, where they will be available for pickup by their families.

We kindly request that families pick up their learners within 15 minutes after the end of the activities to ensure a smooth flow and organization of the program. Thank you for your cooperation!

After School In the pool changing area, we kindly ask for your support in maintaining organization. Our educators are available to assist with changing, and we allow each family to either come in person or send a responsible individual to help their learners with this process.

To ensure we have proper control over the number of people and who will be in the changing area, we request that you please fill out this form. This will help us maintain a smooth and organized experience for all.
