After selecting the activities and accepting the contract, our After School team will finalize the enrollment in the system and send a confirmation message regarding your registration, If you are interested in an activity that is currently full, our After School coordinator will placeyouonthewaitinglist.

The activities have an annualcost,whichisdivided into monthly installments to facilitatepayment. Invoices are generated monthly and will be available on the financial portal.
⚠ Important: Learners with outstanding financial issues with the school will not be able to enroll in activities. The debt must be settled beforetheenrollmentcanbe processed.

It is important to note that for learners enrolled in activities starting at 3:40 PM, there will not be enough time for a snack before class. However, if they wish to bring a snack, they may eat it after the activitywhilewaiting Learners who wait 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM snackfromhome.

For some activities, wearing a uniform is mandatory. These uniforms will be available for purchase at the time of enrollment.

❌ Cancellation of Activities If a family wishes to cancel a registered activity, they must submit their request via email to afterschool.sp@conceptedu.com.br. The response time from the department regarding your request is upto24hours.
❌CancellationofActivitiesIntheevent of cancellation, the family will still be required to pay the invoice for the current month, as well as the invoice for the following month, as stipulated inthecontract.
All communications related to After School activities will be posted in the Toddle group. Through this platform, families can keep track of: The weekly schedule of activities. Important events. Relevant updates and information about the program.
We encourage families to check the Toddle group regularly to stay informed and engaged with the After School program.
All learners will be directed to the Showroom, where they will be available for pickup by families. We kindly request that fam pick up their learners with minutes after the end o activities to ensure a sm flow and organization of program. Thank you for cooperation!
We warmly welcome your involvement in our After School activities and appreciate your support! While families are encouraged to observe the activities, we kindly ask that you refrain from staying inside the classrooms to avoid disrupting the flow of the sessions.
Specifically, during swimming activities, we request that families do not stand at the pool door, as it can hinder the movement of our staff and the learners. Your cooperation is crucial in helping us maintain a focused and effective environment for all participants.

In the pool changing area, we kindly ask for your support in maintaining organization. Our educators are available to assist with changing, and we allow each family to either come in person or send a responsible individual to help their learners with this process.
