THE FAIRMONT COPACABANA

More than just a hotel, the Fairmont Copacabana has established itself as a destination within Rio de Janeiro. Opened in 2019, the property is the first hotel in South America for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor group, and draws inspiration from the elegance of the marvelous city in the 1950s.

Its 375 rooms, divided into 10 distinct categories, were designed by architect Patrícia Anastassiadis and intend to prioritize the comfort and well-being of guests and provide privileged views of Copacabana Beach. To further enhance the experience, the hotel is petfriendly and allows the entry of dogs and cats weighing up to 25kg.

In total, there are 13 rooms with complete infrastructure for corporate events, such as meetings, workshops, and conventions.

For those looking to enjoy the leisure areas to the fullest, the property offers activities such as beach tennis, Hawaiian canoe, stand-up paddle, and packages for golf lovers. Also, guests can enjoy wellness treatments such as sauna and massage at the Willow Stream SPA and the services of its beauty salon, the Be You Concept, which includes manicures, pedicures, hairdressing, waxing, and make-up.

The exceptional gastronomy, ranging from a variety of flavors, is also a highlight. The cozy Marine Restô and Spirit Copa Bar feature menus created by chefs Jérôme Dardillac, Carlos Cordeiro, and Jenifer Ortega, emphasizing Brazilian ingredients and heartfelt cuisine. The recently opened Beach Club Tropik, inspired by the Mediterranean, offers a gastronomic experience that values light ingredients with Greek influences, in a casual, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere.

The hotel also offers two other experiences: Coa&Co, a charming space on the ground floor for lovers of authentic Brazilian coffee; and for an even more exclusive experience, a private moonlit dinner on the balcony overlooking the postcard view of the Marvelous City
