MIND, BODY, SPIRIT
Client: KELY Support
Project: Mural Painting in Stanley Plaza in collaboration with Weez Project, for Weez Walk 2024

The viewer is invited to explore the iconography embedded in the work. The act of free interpretation in turn empowers the viewer to derive their own meaning, becoming the protagonist in their own story. Through the delicate juxtapositions of the compositional elements, the work hints at the subtle balance between intellect, physicality, and spiritual mysteries.

HERE & NOW Campaign
Client: Mind Hong Kong
Description: I was approached by Mind Hong Kong to collaboratively conceptualise an anti-stigma campaign which aimed to highlight stories and journeys of their mental health ambassadors. I proposed and executed three parts to this campaign which included a series of gallery posters (left), street campaign posters (right), as well as a community mural (next page).

Part 1: Gallery
Using my idea based on the nostalgic board game Snakes and Ladders, I created a series of posters that reflected windows of memories, incorporating their slogans “腦地方見” and “陪伴同行.” Each of the vignettes look into a world inhabited by a person on their own mental health journey.

Part 2: Street Posters & Social Media Strategy
Stemming from the same Snakes and Ladders concept, the campaign posters were designed with the tiling application in mind, focusing on the narrative of walking together, and with their call-to-action “Here and Now” displayed prominently, and inviting passerbys to share their own mental health stories via the QR Code. These designs were also taken into IG format for social media sharing.
Part 3: Mural Concept
In the third and final part of the campaign, upcoming in Sept 2024, we will be painting a community mural on Queens Road East. The mural will depict a larger-than-life Snakes and Ladders board which invites viewers to interact with Mind HKʼs wellness prompts such as “Check in with your body”, and “深 呼吸.”

TOGETHER
Client: KELY Support (HK)
Description: I was commissioned by KELY Support to conceptualise and execute a mural in their youth training space in the heart of their community. I played with a letter tumble treatment for the typography, and had each character interacting with the phrase “TOGETHER” to symbolise a sense of community, collaboration, support, and diversity. The characters were rendered simplistically, showing off the play of shapes and vibrancy of colours.
