This portfolio presents 4 projects designed in pursuit of my masters at the University of Memphis. The tables of content organizes the portfolio by year, starting in year one and ending in year 3 to show how my approach to design was refined through the schooling provided by the university. Project 1 - Brooks Museum - A project now in the development by Herzog de Meuron near the Memphis River Bluff, first year provided a project to re-envision the new museum on the land already acquired by the city for the site. Project 2 - Nature Park High School - This project spurred from ideas already being pitched to city officials when deciding what to develop on a tiny peninsula of land alongside the Mississippi River. The plan was to change the land known as mud island into a high school and a public amenity for families during the weekends.
