Dear Mr. Horner
I hope this letter nds you and your company well. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to you for giving me the opportunity to make your company’s logo for you, giving your company a visual footprint in today’s market. This project led me to explore all sorts of di erent aspects of travel, as an indoor person myself I was very fascinated by all the intricacies that goes with travel and how far prepared one has to be before traveling. As such i wanted to make sure to take these details that are often overlooked and bring them to the forefront with this design.
Starting o with the outer layer, the viewer can see four di erent symbols: a fountain pen, an arrow head, a navigation pin and a magnifying glass. I consider these tools to be a tting representation of a travelers journey. After all a traveler may use a pen to record everything they experienced and are experiencing, a traveler may use an arrow when seeking to hunt. A traveler may use Navigation pins to mark where he’s going, and a traveler may see the wonderful details of an entirely new culture while reading about it through a magnifying glass. All things and services your company provides. Of course you also provide audio experiences as well, hence the cassette spindle. Holding it all together is a compass, a classic symbol for traveling. Not only did I chose a compass for this purpose, I also envisioned the logo being used as a clip on button on the employers uniforms. Similar to the wings you nd on pilot uniforms.
Once again I would like to express my gratitude for opportunity in creating this fun logo for you. I wish you and your company great success in your future endeavors.

Dear Mr. Horner
I hope this letter nds you and your company well. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to for giving the opportunity to make your company’s logo for you, giving your company a visual footprint in today’s market. I personally enjoy music and working on anything having to do with it as well so I quite enjoyed working on this project.
At rst glance the viewer can appreciate and accurately perceive that a the purple quarter note as the “P” in Ear Play. The other side of this design is representative of a xylophone, an instrument that closely related to childhood. Making it perfect to represent this company’s intention. Also at the same time the evenly space between each xylophone bar makes the optical illusion of an uppercase “E.” Knowing my process and reasoning for my design, hopefully this to your satisfaction.
Once again I would like to express my gratitude for opportunity in creating this fun, playful logo for you. I wish you and your company great success in your future endeavors.
All the best

To me being a graphic designer is being a student of the world instead of just one single profession. From working with a Japanese tech company to making a local rock poster. Which is good because I may not know a lot about one thing but I know a little about a lot of things.
