Erica joined the Plus Melbourne studio in 2017 after graduating with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from Monash University.

In the following years she combined work and study to achieve a Master of Architecture in 2020.

Erica’s experience with Plus Architecture covers a range of sectors including commercial, mixed-use, residential, hotel design, and master planning. She is driven to balance concept, design, and pragmatics to achieve a wholistic architectural result.

Her interest lies in the architectural thinking of

non-traditional methods and constantly distilling meaning in design.

Her aspirations lie in exploring the entire spectrum of design problems, opportunities and situations, constantlypursuing ideas to create a meaningful and positive built environment.
