Equity Views Construction Group is a professionally managed company providing project management and construction services from commencement to completion of each project. Therefore, delivering a one stop service for our clients.

Equity Views Construction Group has undertaken many projects incorporating commercial and industrial works, refurbishment, residential jobs and maintenance works.

As we have a diverse portfolio of skills, we take pride in being the main contractor for small to medium size projects. Each project is managed by a dedicated construction team which ensures co-ordination and accurate communication with consultants and our team of handpicked, specialist tradesmen. These tradesmen bring invaluable knowledge, skills, experience and commitment to every job enabling a successful completion and finalisation of the project and therefore client satisfaction.

Our objective is to provide our clients with a confident assurance that when we are chosen to execute their projects, we take pride in our delivery!

Liaison with the design teams, coordination and briefing of external consultants, government and statutory bodies, suppliers and contractors on a national basis.

Liaison with building owners, building managers and base building services trades to achieve their outcome in conjunction with the key stakeholders’ requirements

Continual liaison with key staff members to achieve a professional product Submission to authorities and negotiating design approvals

Geoff Harber Equity Views Construction Group is driven by a sole working director. Geoff has more than 35 years of work experience in the building industry, decades of satisfied clients providing testament to his commitment for quality workmanship and ethical trading, ranging from residential to commercial work, business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

He has extensive experience in conceptual planning, executing, monitoring and closing out of projects and has yet to encounter a deadline he could not meet.

Being a highly organised and self-motivated individual, he possesses excellent communication skills, thrives in high pressure environments, has a good knowledge of facilities, projects and construction management criteria and can effectively co-ordinate staff, consultants, key stakeholders and contractors to achieve a positive outcome of all concerned.
