Our horizontal autoclave elements are made of stainless steel to make sure corrosion resistance surface. The furnace is fitted separately and linked to the chamber. An indicator for water level is also fixed to the boiler. Mechanical low water cut-off is optional and fitted on-demand only. Every element is fitted with an automatic pressure control switch; it is capable to manage pressure between 5 psi to 20 psi with an accuracy of ±1 psi. The customer can effortlessly set the desired temperature with the help of a digital controller fitted on the front side of the unit. To get trustable tight sealing of the door, always use a neoprene rubber gasket. How to operate a horizontal autoclave Formerly installed, horizontal autoclaves are safe to operate. Some easy operation steps are as follows:  Open the outer chamber by rotating the lock mechanism.  Put a sufficient level of water for steam generation in the water storage tank.  Ensure that the chamber is clean(clean if required).  Put down the items to be sterilized in the inner chamber.  Lock the lid and turn the power on.  Detector in temperature and pressure till desired levels have been achieved.  Release steam/pressure if necessary  Switch off power once the process is complete and release the steam/pressure using the release valve.  Carefully remove the sterilized products.
