This is the Offering Summary for the ECP Opportunities Fund I, LP. The Fund is seeking to secure commitments in anticipation of purchasing and investing in income-producing, value-added real estate properties; and joint venture with real estate developers to develop and manage income-producing properties; and originate equity and joint venture equity properties to acquire, develop and/or re-capitalize through private and institutional funding, for the benefit of the investors. The Offering will terminate on the earliest of the closing date or when fundraising and commitments reach the goal of $40,000,000, whichever is first met.
