سيحصل المدرب والسايس عىل اعتماد إضافة إىل تصاري ح دخولهم الحالية لتمكينهم من الدخول إىل إسطبل المحجر الت يقيم بها الخيل التابع لهم. ي ر األمت لكل إسطبل عىل مدار الساعة طوال أيام األسبوع وسيتم تسجيل وقت الدخول والخروج لجميع يتوفر اإلشاف ي األفراد. ً سيقوم مستشف نادي سباقات الخيل بأية أعمال بيطرية ضورية مجانا. الخاصي باإلسطبل تحت راشاف إدارة المحجر ،لكن ال يسمح لهم بإجراء أي تدخل البيطريي يسمح بدخول األطباء ر ر عالج للخيل. ى ي

)10يسمح بدخول بيطار الخيل ويجب تعقيم األدوات قبل الدخول. البيطريي بمستشف عقاقي للخيل خالل فية الحجر إال إذا تم ذلك من قبل األطباء )11ال ُيسمح بإعطاء أي أدوية أو حقن أية ر ر نادي سباقات الخيل. )12يجب قياس درجة حرارة الجياد كل صباح ومساء وتسجيلها عىل االستمارة المتوفرة خارج غرفة الخيل. ً يومي من السباق المحدد ،يف ظل احتمال وجود )13سيتم أخذ عينات من الخيل بحثا عن مواد محظورة يوم الخميس قبل ر طت لجميع بعض المخلفات المتبقية للمواد المسموح بها قبل أخذ العينات ،وعىل ر المدربي استكمال نموذج اإلقرار ال ى ي ً الت تم تعاطيها يف آخر 21يوما. ر العقاقي ي
)14إجراءات أخذ العينات القياسية سيتبعها إقرار من المدرب بأخذ العينات ،وسيتم إعطاؤه نسخة من االستمارة الموقعة مع إرفاق رقم العينة. )15سيتم إجراء فحص للخيل يوم الجمعة قبل يوم السباق المحدد من قبل اللجنة البيطرية للتحقق من مالءمتها للسباق. )16يجب إيقاف جميع السيارات داخل منطقة مواقف السيارات خلف مبت إدارة المحجر. )17سيتم إخطار ر الحظية للسباقات بالتشاور مع رئيس اللجنة البيطرية التقريت لمغادرة مشف المحجر واإلسطبالت بالوقت ر ىي يف نادي سباقات الخيل. عشت قبل 96ساعة من السباق. )18يوىص بإيقاف استخدام المكمالت الغذائية من مصدر ى ي )19يوىص بإيقاف استخدام الفيتامينات والمعادن والعصارات قبل 24ساعة ( 1يوم كامل) من السباق. )20يمنع إعطاء السوائل الوريدية خالل 24ساعة من السباق ( 1يوم كامل). عي الفم أو أي مكمالت األعالف يف يوم السباق. )21يمنع إعطاء أي معجون ى عي الفم أو أي مكمالت األعالف من اسطبالت المحجر من الساعة 12:01صباح يوم السباق. )22يجب إزالة أي معجون ى ً *مالحظة :يوم السباق يبدأ الساعة 12صباحا.

ISOLATION PROTOCOLS
1) All horses are declared to race must be in the isolation stables at King Abdulaziz Racetrack in Riyadh no later than 06:00 pm on Wednesday. 2) Horses will be assigned to a barn. Please note that all barns and boxes have 24/7 CCTV coverage. 3) All grooms and containers & Drugs and supplements will be inspected. 4) The Participants should provide the feed to their horse’s, and all other equipment’s. 5) Entry to the isolation stables will be controlled. Trainers must nominate one groom to attend to the horse. Where grooms are required to work other local horses, the horse in isolation must be attended first. 6) The trainer & groom will be given accreditation on their existing JCSA pass number to enter the barn where their horse is stabled. 7) Security is provided on each barn 24/7 who will record the time of entry and exit for all personnel. 8) Any necessary veterinary work is provided by the JCSA Equine Hospital free of charge. 9) The stable Veterinarians are allowed to enter the isolation under the Quarantine management supervision to check their horses however they are not allowed to do any medical practices. 10) The Farrier’s are allowed to enter the isolation after they disinfect their equipment. 11) No medications or injectables are permitted during the isolation period except as administered by the JCSA Equine Hospital veterinarians. 12) Temperatures must be taken for the horse each morning and evening and recorded on the form provided outside the box. 13) Horses will be sampled for prohibited substances on Thursday, two days before the race. As there may be some residues remaining from permitted substances prior to the sampling, trainers must complete a Medical Declaration Form for all medications administered in the previous 21 days. 14) Standard sampling procedures will be followed with the trainer acknowledging the sampling and being given a copy of the signed form with sample number attached. 15) Horses will be trotted up on Friday before the race by JCSA Regulatory Veterinarian for suitability to race.

16) All cars must be parked behind the quarantine administration building. 17) Approximate time to leave the barn for races will be advised by the Quarantine & Stables Supervisor in consultation with the JSCA head veterinarian. 18) We advise to stop using any herbal products before 96 hours of the race. 19) We advise to stop using any pastes and other supplements 24 hours (1 clear day) before the day of the race. 20) Intravenous fluids must not be administered within 24 hours of the race day, (1 clear day) 21) Oral pastes and feed supplements cannot be administered on the day of the race. 22) All oral pastes and feed supplements must be removed from the isolation stables by 12:01 am on the day of the race. *Note: The Race Day starting at 12:00 AM.
