Tien, Judge of the Minnesota Tax Court, for hearing on petitioner’s motion to allow limited additional direct testimony of its expert witness, Gary Battuello, at trial. Thomas R. Wilhelmy, Christopher A. Stafford, and Gauri S. Samant, Fredrickson & Byron, P.A., represent petitioner Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC (Maple Grove). Shannon M.
