Direct Selling News (DSN) surveyed various direct selling companies and classified them into the Platinum and Gold categories according to the customer-distributor ratio. The customer-distributor ratio indicates how many customers come under one distributor. In the Platinum list of companies, more than 10 customers come under one distributor. In the Gold list of companies, there must be 5-10 customers under one distributor.
