New Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church at 2697 Elm Street in Arcadia, LA honored Pastor Norah and First Lady Lillie Banks for 38 years of faithful service to the New Pilgrim Rest Church Family in 2016. In recognition of their faithful service, the Pastor's Aide committee created a souvenir journal to commemorate this special occasion. The Program was Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 3:00 PM and the anniversary Guest Speaker was Pastor Eddie R. Island of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. The presiding minister was Pastor E.C. Morgan and the Mount Zion #2 Baptist Church of Dubach, Louisiana.
