EPHRAIM HISTORICAL FOUNDATION ANNUAL REPORT Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (October 1, 2023- September 30, 2024) This is our annual January report on the previous fiscal year’s operations.

MISSION
The mission of the Ephraim Historical Foundation is to faithfully preserve, share, and sustain the history, culture, and beauty of Ephraim Through the support of our donors, members, volunteers, and community, we are able to continue to fulfill this mission through a wide variety of programs, events, exhibits, preservation, and research
The Ephraim Historical Foundation prides itself on operating solely through private donations and support to fulfill its mission of preserving the heritage of Ephraim and its people We are also dependent upon volunteers to ensure our mission is a success.
THEHERITAGEFUND

The Ephraim Historical Foundation Heritage Fund Endowment was established in 1992 to provide financial support to the mission of the Ephraim Historical Foundation The Heritage Fund is funded entirely though donations. The endowment is governed by the Heritage Fund Board of Directors, and the funds are managed by Dana Investment Advisors

As a small non-profit, the Ephraim Historical Foundation has always relied on volunteers to help us accomplish our mission. As the EHF grows, our volunteers continue to play an integral part of our organization

EPHRAIM HISTORICAL FOUNDATION
APPROVED BUDGET FOR FY 2024-2025
The approved budget shown here is a careful estimate of the EHF needs for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The Heritage Fund Endowment board granted the EHF’s request of a 5% (or $223,000) distribution. The EHF is dedicated to maintaining a balanced budget and to financial transparency. Full copies of the Reviewed Financial Statements for the Ephraim Historical Foundation, Inc., and the Ephraim Foundation Heritage Fund, Inc., for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, are available to review by appointment. In addition, the EHF produces monthly consolidated balance sheets. For more information, please contact the EHF office.

The EHF prides itself on operating solely through private donations and support to fulfill its mission of preserving the heritage of Ephraim and its people We are also dependent upon volunteers to ensure our mission is a success Here are some interesting facts from this last year
The EHF received $201,748 in contributions from the Heritage Fund
The EHF has 329 Family Memberships and 41 Business Members (consisting of 64 business owners) Our total membership is 370 (consisting of 623 individuals.)
Our incredible members and supporters contributed a total of $138,314 in membership dues and donations
The EHF worked with over 100 volunteers
11,970 people attended our events, programs, and museums!
Our museums generated a total of $31,214 in museum donations, tour admission, and merchandise sales
