introduction This Experience Book was designed to offer a complementary perspective of the project Good Practice Exchange on eParticipation Platforms among European Youth (2016-2-ES02-KA205-008260). The partners seek to provide good practices on two specific aspects: (1) how to evaluate youth actions and transnational meetings, and (2) how to publicise the progress and results of Erasmus+ projects.

!

In this regard, this book present four key aspects of the project. First, the assessment made by the youngsters in their session exploring and using DemocracyOS. The partners designed a before-after evaluation, where the youngsters had to punctuate from 0 to 4 their perception regarding civic competences, electronic platforms and their experience with DemocracyOS.

!

Second, the survey designed to measure satisfaction of each transitional meeting. After each meeting, the partners evaluated what they thought of the exchange of good practices, if the information of the electronic platforms was useful and what they needed to improve for the next meetings (in particular) and the project (in general).

Third, the 10 newsletters developed to disseminate the progress of the project. The partners designed attractive newsletters for the general public. It is important to identify what information was disseminated during the life of the project. Forth and last, the visual elements of the project regarding their events and media presence. Erasmus+ demands a great work of communication, so we believe that these examples can give clues on how to successfully disseminate the instances of a project.

!

We really hope that you enjoy this book and find inspiration to assess and disseminate your Erasmus+ actions and projects.

!

Yours sincerely,

It is in general very useful to have these meetings because it keeps us up to date with the project and we know what everyone is doing.

The whole project makes a lot more sense following these meetings. After each meeting are in a best position to move forward to the next steps.

Momentum World develop a youth session to address the necessity to keep the UK in the Erasmus+ Programme. As they point out, the chance to travel outside the UK it is one of the biggest opportunities to tackle youth unemployment.

!

A questo proposito, l’obiettivo principale di questa attività è che i giovani esplorino la piattaforma, per sapere se la trovano attraente e se è possibile utilizzarla nella loro vita quotidiana.

Through DemocracyOS, the British youngsters discussed the aspects of the Erasmus+ that have worked best in the past, proposed alternatives to Erasmus+ in the scenario of Britain entirely outside of the programme, and how young people who have been benefiting from Erasmus+ can help shaping the future relationship between the UK and the EU.

I risultati si rifletteranno nel manuale di eParticipation.

The results will be reflected in the eParticipation Handbook.
