Sri Muslimatum mengatakan, pihkanya ingin belajar tentang pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak. Hal ini mengingat Pemkot Denpasar penghargaan tertinggi katagori “Mentor” untuk Anugrah Parahita Ekapraya (APE) untuk pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak. “Kami berharap bisa mendapatkan ilmu terkait pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak sebagai tolak ukur kami untuk dapat menerapkannya,”’ ungkapnya. Sekda AAN Rai Iswara mengatakan, keberhasilan Pemkot Denpasar meraih prestasi tingkat nasional karena kepedulian serta rasa kemanusiaan Walikota IB. Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra dan Wakil Walikota IGN Jaya Negara telah mampu memberikan acuan bagi aparatur Pemerintah Daerah dalam strategi pengintergrasian gender yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penganggaran, pemantauan dan evaluasi atas kebijakan, program dan kegiatan pembangunan di daerah. suci). enam armada bus perintis ini akan melayani rute Kota Bangli-Desa Kedisan-Desa Songan dan Kota Bangli-Desa Bantang-Desa Satra Kinatamni-MadenanTejakula Kabupaten Buleleng, Made Gianyar pada kesempatan itu menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada kementerian Perhubungan dan Direksi Damri karena Bangli sudah dipilih sebagai daerah perintisan mode transportasi publik. Menurutnya, disamping bisa menekan voluasi udara, kehadiran bus perintis Damri di Kabupaten Bangli bisa menjadi alternatif transportasi publik. Oleh karenanya Made Gianyar menghimbau masyarakat untuk mulai beralih menggunakan trasportasi publik, apalagi Bangli sekarang sudah memiliki bus perintis yang pasti bisa memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat yang memanfaatkannya. Selain aman dan nyaman, tarif yang ditetapkan bus perintis ini juga sangat terjangkau karena masih disubsidi oleh Kementerian Perhubungan. Sementara Wabup Bangli Sedana Arta, mengungkapkan dengan kehadiran angkutan perintis Bus Damri ini dapat memberikan pilihan bagi warga dalam memilih sarana angkutan yang nyaman.karena “Penyediaan sarana transportasi yang aman, nyaman dan memadai serta mudah merupakan salah satu tugas pemerintah yang harus kita lakukan,” (BTN/ery)

mplementation of Usaba Dangsil at Bungaya village, Bebandem, retains many unique stories. Ahead of the ritual at the ancient villages in Karangasem ends, there remains a series of unique rituals rarely found in other villages of Bali. In addition to the Usaba Nindih ritual denoting the closing of a series of Usaba Dangsil ritual, there is also peserah or meserah ritual. Uniquely, this ritual is especially devoted to married men and women before the implementation of Usaba Dangsil is completely finished. This peserah ritual is held two days after Usaba Nindih at Bale Pekenca Temple. This was held at the Bale Agung on Sunday (Apr. 23). One of the boys of Bungaya, Agus Sudarsana, said that it has been a tradition from the past, where 12 days after penyineban ritual of Usaba Gede or Usaba Dangsil, men and women that have got married before the Usaba Dangsil ends, they are obliged to perform mepamit (farewell) ritual at Bale Agung Temple and perform peserah (handover) ritual to all boys and girls. The process of peserah ritual is witnessed by senior figures of Bungaya customary village, namely We Kebayan Wayan, We Kebayan Nyoman, chief of customary village and the secretary and all boys and girls in the community of Bungaya customary village. They are I Kadek Ari Setiawan (boy) from Kecicang Bali hamlet, husband of Ni Komang Apriani from Peselatan Merita village, Abang. Another couple is Ni Komang Ayu Sugiantari, the daughter of Bungaya headman and her husband I Kadek Budi Suryanata. “Other than having to follow the peserah ritual, the boys and girls having to married before the Usaba Dangsil ends are also imposed with a fine,” said one of the boys, Agus Sudarsana. “The fines imposed consist of a sack of rice, 200 pieces of sirikan rice bag (ketupat), respectively 200 pieces of black and white bantal cake, respectively 4 kg of black and white kuskus, two packages of oblation, two package of ayunan, bantal kuskus of respectively 60 pieces, 20 packages of kelanan bayuan, four pieces of sagehan ageng, two pieces of pengulem, two pieces of peras tahenan and two pieces of pemijian. This unique ritual is officiated over by We Penanga, We Mangku Puseh, We Mangku Jawa, We Mangku Bukit and We Mangku Maspahit. This ritual ends all the series of Usaba Gede (Dangsil) ritual having been going on since August 17, 2016,” he said. Peserah and mepamit ritual means that they will no longer ngayah or do devotional work as boys and girls. So, all the tasks of

Mepamit, according to local residents, also signifies that the marriage of boys and girls before the Usaba Dangsil ends also reinforces that they will no longer perform devotional works as they colleague do. Peserah ritual is also an apology to other girls and boys that they get married first. However, they are still subject to fines as described above. Usaba Nindih Prior to implementing this ritual, the boys and girls and the community at Bungaya village implemented Usaba Nindih on Friday (Apr. 21). This ritual becomes the closing of a series of Usaba Dangsil having been running for more than eight months. The nindih ritual is unique. All the boys and girls gathered at Bale Pekenca and then uttered repetitive poetry or pantun and allusion to invite laughter of all senior figures and other residents who were present there. The rhymes are closely related to the life of adolescent that sound interesting, lively and vibrant. The procession is most eagerly awaited by boys and girls because it is full of jokes and laughter as if they were free from the burden of doing devotional works related to the Usaba Dangsil for long time, and there should be no mistake. The ritual committee said that after the Usaba Nindih, the series of Usaba Dangsil has completed
