Hari ini, Food Truck Festival (FTF) 2017 akan dibuka secara resmi di Parkir Taman Kota Lumintang, Denpasar. Hari pertama FTF 2017 yang diselenggarakan Kelompok Media Bali Post (KMB) ini akan dimeriahkan penyanyi Bali kenamaan, seperti Ayu Saraswati, Dek Ulik, Dewa Sugama, Bayu KW, Yong Sagita, dan didukung oleh bandband Indie Bali, seperti Imajinasi Band, Baypradana, Adhiksa Band, Vana Band, Putra N’ Friend, Mata Jendela, D’Story Band, Rastafara Cetamol, dan Peace Band. Tak kalah menarik dan heboh, para pengunjung FTF 2017 juga akan digoyang oleh biduanita cantik yang selalu energik di setiap penampilannya, yaitu Gek Diah 3G. Berbeda dengan penampilannya pada tahun lalu, kali ini penyanyi asal Klungkung ini akan menggandeng Duo Centil sebagai teman duetnya dipanggung FTF. Lagu “Buaya Cinta” dan “Sayang” yang merupakan lagu ciptaanya sendiri feat. Duo Centil akan menjadi andalannya. “Tiang bersama Duo Centil siap memberikan warna baru dan menggoyang para pengunjung besok (hari ini - red) di acara Food Truck Festival-Bali Post,” tandas Gek Diah 3G, Kamis (20/7) kemarin. Secara pribadi, Gek Diah mengaku
sangat senang bisa dilibatkan kembali untuk menghibur masyarakat Bali dalam acara Food Truck Festival 2017. Sebab, selain memberikan motivasi kepada para pelaku bisnis, khususnya kuliner, FTF 2017 juga telah memberikan ruang kepada para penyanyi, terutama bandband indie yang baru bermunculan untuk tampil menghibur masyarakat Bali. “Pertama buat penyanyi kan sudah pasti senang dapat tampil menghibur. Adanya FTF ini bisa menjadi motivasi buat para pengusaha kuliner untuk menunjukan kualitas dan kreasi masakannya. Pasti banyak peminat kuliner yang akan datang, karena semua sudah tersedia lengkap. Mau nyoba apa aja bisa, sekalian nonton hiburan. Jadi, Pastilah semuanya menguntungkan,” ujarnya.
Di pengujung acara malam nanti, pengunjung juga akan disuguhkan dengan kekocakan bondres, MKP Mersi. Bondres yang digawangi oleh Mince, Kribo dan Peceh ini sudah tidak diragukan lagi kemampuannya mengundang gelak tawa. Apalagi, sejak terbentuk pada 2007 silam, bondres yang diprakarsai oleh Adi Siput (Peceh) ini sudah banyak meraih prestasi di ajang pelawakan Bali. “Kami siap kembali menghibur masyarakat Bali di panggung Food Truck Festival 2017 Bali Post, saksikan kami besok malam (malam ini - red) di Parkir Taman Kota Lumintang,” ajaknya. Dari Bakso Kober, Bali Burger sampai Sate Kakul Denpasar (Bali Post) Puluhan food truck atau pedagang kuliner bermobil akan memeriahkan Food Truck Festival (FTF) 2017 yang diselenggarakan Kelompok Media Bali Post (KMB). Tak hanya food truck, pengunjung acara yang dibuka Jumat (21/7) hari ini di Lapangan Parkir Taman Kota Lumintang ini juga akan dimanjakan dengan berbagai hiburan. Menurut Ketua Panitia FTF 2017, Dira Arsana, kegiatan ini merupakan kali kedua bagi KMB. Tahun lalu, acara selama tiga hari mulai Jumat hingga Sabtu juga digelar di lokasi yang sama. Pada tahun ini, lanjutnya, terdapat 23 pedagang kuliner bermobil yang akan ikut serta. Bahkan terdapat anggota Bali Food Truck Community sebanyak 16 pedagang yang ikut ambil bagian dalam acara ini. “Pengunjung akan memperoleh pengalaman berbeda karena selain bisa menikmati kuliner juga akan
dihibur artis-artis Bali yang sudah punya nama,” ujarnya. Untuk kuliner, terdapat Ten-Go, MC Keensie, Happy Food Truck, Rasa Punya Cerita, Bakso Kober, Mobi Pasta, Pondok Sate, Chicko Republik, Kotak Makan, dan Rastiti Food Truck. Terdapat pula Bali Burger, Nyangluh, Britatoes, Wakila Food Truck, Bites on Wheels, Xtreme Flambe Station, Warung 63, Shankara Resto, dan 3 stan lagi merupakan binaan Viar. Dari puluhan pedagang kuliner bermobil ini, banyak ragam makanan yang ditawarkan.
