2013 NOTES Eastern Oregon University football returns to the field in 2013 to rebound after a 4-6 2012 season. The Mountaineers finished third in the western division of the Frontier Conference. EOU opens its football season on August 29 against NCAA Division I Portland State, which is the only non-conference game of the year for the Mountaineers.
