Governance Purpose: To foster a community of trust, transparency, and accountability. Below we have given role highlights to guide members on governance issues if and when they may arise. At its core, Governance defines the relationship between EO Global and each chapter. Every chapter operates under a licensing agreement (the Chapter Agreement) and is further guided by its Constitution and Bylaws. As members, we are all encouraged to familiarize ourselves with these key documents.
Filing a Complaint
Important: The Governance Chair does not participate in investigations or sanctioning decisions. Instead, they serve as a neutral liaison with the member-led investigation committee.
Chapter Conduct Committee (CCC)
EO Kenya has established a Chapter Conduct Committee to review behaviour inconsistent with EO’s Code of Conduct. This committee is overseen by the Governance Chair Complaints may be sent to: governance@eokenya.org. Members may also reach out directly to EO’s Regional Governance Committee via governance@eonetwork.org .
