JACOB ARANA PE | HVAC | Miami Jacob is a mechanical engineer at BR+A with several years of experience as a Project Manager designing HVAC Systems. He focuses on health care projects ranging from medical office buildings to large hospitals. While not at BR+A, he enjoys hosting barbeques where everyone enjoys his homemade, 12-hour smoked brisket served with "all the fixings." He has 3 dogs - Skeeter, Coal, and Daisy, and enjoys any outdoor activity that involves being on the water.

Kristen is a mechanical engineer at BR+A with over 13 years of experience in the design and engineering of HVAC systems, modification, and analysis. She has worked on projects for healthcare, higher education, and commercial clients. In her free time, she likes to work on cross-stitching projects and enjoys framing and giving them as gifts to her friends with children. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she'd go to Antarctica with her best friend.

Stephen has over 25 years of experience in the field of plumbing and fire protection engineering for various building types including corporate, research, educational, and healthcare clients. He enjoys playing golf, or as he describes it, chasing small white balls around bucolic green fields with a bag full of crooked sticks, cold beers, and a cigar. He is a tone deaf yet passionate singer of music and a color-blind admirer of the visual arts.

Mike is a mechanical engineer at BR+A with over ten years of experience in the design and engineering of HVAC systems, modification, and analysis on a broad range of projects for higher education, healthcare, and science research clients nationwide.

Mike's 3-year-old Goldendoodle Ralphie has joined many of his virtual meetings. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, kayaking and traveling to Avett Brothers concerts to experience different cities and their venues.

SARAH MCGILLICUDDY

Business Development | Boston Sarah is the Director of Business Development at BR+A with over 20 years of experience within the AEC industry.

Sarah has developed strategies to expand BR+A’s business in key markets, and leads all social media communications across all offices. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at the Holliston Pantry Shelf. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she'd visit Italy and Ireland.

Dan is an electrical engineer at BR+A with over nine years of experience.

Since joining the firm, he has been involved in the engineering of electrical systems for a broad range of project types for healthcare, academic, research, and science clients. When he's not in the office, Dan enjoys outdoor activities like playing golf and going skiing. If Dan could travel anywhere in the world, he'd visit Greece.

Erin is a mechanical engineer with over nine years of experience in the engineering of HVAC systems, modification, and analysis on a broad range of projects for clients. In her free time, she likes to work out, play golf, and take on home-edit organizing projects.

She loves going to the beach with her family, and is passionate about trying new recipes based on the season.

Mike is a mechanical engineer with over 11 years of experience in the field of HVAC engineering. His project portfolio consists of clients in healthcare, academic science, and biomedical research. While not in the office, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, ATVing, fishing, and snowmobiling. He has a 15-year-old American Eskimo named Jack and two cats, Auggie and Journey. He loves to cook his homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs.
