I am not sure who decided that the busiest month of the year outside of December should be the top choice for Mother’s Day...but I am not convinced they were thinking about what mom’s need most! However, one reality to the entire equation of womanhood in general and especially mom’s is this: you have to choose YOU as a ritual with consistency As the chief nurturers of the world, we can’t constantly pour out without also getting filled Truth isno one is really capable of knowing how to fill you....other than YOU.

Keeping that balance of sustaining your needs while meeting the needs of so many in your sphere is quite the trick, but it is truly essential. It’s an often exhausting topic. WHAT is the IDEAL diet & nutritional plan to move your body forward? People become PASSIONATE when they discover something that works, and swear up and down that THIS finally is the Holy Grail of wellness.
