OUR STORY We’ve been getting it done for over 30 years!

Our company came to life in 1997 as First Houston Mortgage, founded by Dana Gampers and David Zugheri; bringing on Pat Walden and his equity partners in 2008. On our 15-year anniversary in 2012, we became one of the top 50 mortgage lenders in the United States as we launched our Correspondent channel. At Envoy, our extremely solid financial position is one of our greatest strengths. It allows us to grow and take advantage of opportunities to continually improve our Retail channel, and further develop our Correspondent Lending channel.

Nicolle Nelson joined the mortgage industry in 1996. She has worked in different channels which has given her great experience in different aspects of the industry. Throughout the years she has developed strong lasting relationships with her business partners and colleagues. Nicolle knows her success is directly tied to her customers’ success. Her dedication to her customers and their needs is why she has been so successful with lenders wanting to partner with her. Nicolle grew up in New Jersey but moved to the southwest in 2004.
