Nice people They gave me that shirt It was fun! Nice meeting people I rode bikes with them Introducing themselves, like shaking their hands I rode too We were in the parking lot throwing water balloons Somebody got wet, not me I serve the food to them, to the staff To the Journey of Hope Their coach was nice He was a nice gentleman I introduced myself to them Hannah was there too They were nice people I rode bikes with them on the 606 I saw David and Mark I like their shirts They didn’t give me one of them shirts yet We had fun eating The pasta was good I like how they served it They served it good The decorations were nice They were beautiful I was the king I like the vest Biking up on the 606 I rode by myself on the single, the mountain bike I was nervous It was one big group The signs we made They were nice It was fun meeting them We clapped for them We gave them high-fives in the parking lot I was nice Dave is a great person, a great biker, and a great leader too A nice gentleman He’s a good coach

Biking is fun. You get to meet people. I want to interview on TV I like being on TV It’s fun riding the bikes and people teaching them how to ride bikes I’ll be nervous being interviewed on TV. I had a video camera as a kid. I lost it. It’s fun. I’m in the community. Meeting new people. I like talking to new people. I go fast. I’m fast. I feel happy, glad My speed It’s fun I want to teach people how to ride the bikes and to fix bikes Mikey’s nice He’s a nice person I go on a single bike by myself. I’ll do the tandem.

STEPPING

Me, Janet, and Lucy all went to the Steppin’ at SummerDance Janet was having a very hard time for I don’t know how long that she was finding a parking space. And then, when she got tired going around in circles, she asked this guy that had been working there for about 24 years And when we finally got there, she gave the guy her money. She thanked him for helping her. And then when we got so far away, like a mile, we asked one of the bikers how much it would be, and they said it would cost $60 If I had the money, I would pay for it because I don’t want Lucy walking that far. Lucy was walking so far her knees was hurting. Then Lucy and me rested for a while. And then when we finally got there, we finally got there after all. And then we waited for my ride I waited an hour for my ride It was supposed to get here at 9 Instead of getting there at 9, it got there at 10. That was at nighttime. I thank Janet for supporting me.
SUMMERDANCE

I went to the dance, the dance they had downtown. SummerDance. I told Janet it was so far, and she hold my hand at the dance I didn’t know it was so far I was at the dance I had a fun time I don’t want to go again because it’s too much walking, but I had fun. We ate out. I had a Caesar pizza. I like that dress I had on.
LOLLAPALOOZA

Me, Marcel, and Matthew and Jake, we all went to Lollapalooza, looked at 4 different types of bands It was very hot that day. I had on a tank top. And then when I took off my tank top, I was still hot. And then when I find the fan, the fan felt so good. I asked Jake, “How much would this fan cost in my house?” And he said, “A ton.” Even though it was really hot, I had a great time.

I like Curry. I like the stadium. I like the coach. I like the fans. I like floor with the bridge. I like the locker room. I like their coach Steve Kerr I like his suit I like Chase Center I like the town I like the scenery I like the bridge I like the announcers Bob Fitzgerald and Kelenna Azubuike. I like the fans cheering them on. I like the uniforms with the bridge on there and the town around it. A little circle. I like Curry’s sister Sydel. She’s nice. I like their nets. They play in the Playhouse It’s called the NBA I like the fans They drink Gatorade Curry’s brother is Seth I like his shoes He’s married to Ayesha Curry. I like when their names are called. I like when they do the wave to cheer them on. I like the flags. Stephen Curry is my favorite player. He makes 3pointer shots. They won 7 championships. I say hi.

I like the theme music. Herman goes through the door. They’re in Transylvania. I like the family. I like his relatives. I am a big fan of Charles’ Entertainment Review! I love how he tells his readers what actors and actresses did before they were in the thing he is reviewing, and what happened to them after they were in it. And I always want to watch the shows he reviews; I usually go to YouTube to look them up after I read his review. Like One Day at a Time; I never heard of that show before I read Charles’ Entertainment Review this week Thank you for your reviews, Charles! Keep it up!

In Memoriam: Yolanda “Yogi” Brown
9/19/1968 - 4/8/2024
This is a tribute to Yolanda. Yolanda Brown was a faithful leader here at Westtown. After high school, Yolanda got a job working in a hospital as a janitor After some medical issues she came to Westtown and attended for many years. Yolanda was a kind person. She liked getting along with people. She helped people out when they needed it. Yolanda used to work at the front desk. She loved weaving class. She also loved to make rugs and sell them. She liked going on outings, like going bowling, going to the mall, going out to eat, and going to the zoo She was talented. She didn’t play no games when it was time to work. She would say “It’s time to work, no playing games.” She don’t take no mess from nobody. She was a faithful member of her church She liked to sing She liked people Thank you Yogi for being with us for all these years. Thank you for keeping everybody in check. We wish you could stay on this Earth a little bit longer. We enjoyed being with you. I hope to see you soon.
