For the turnstile itself, our engineers will configure it to your specification and show you how to gain full operational use of this over the period of operation as required. This will include how to operate the gateway, the heavy-duty roller shutter and the emergency exit override.
Our engineers will show you how to upload new personnel profiles onto your database using the newly installed induction terminal. We will cover how to record, update or delete site operatives as required throughout the project duration. We will also set up the temperature control parameters to your desired levels and show how this can be altered.
For the software integration, training will cover synchronisation and amalgamation to provide a single point of automated HR-based reporting. If you have multiple security systems in an integrated solution, our engineers will train you how to maximise the operational capabilities. The cloudbased software allows authorised users to access the platform from anywhere.
It's important to know that service and maintenance is included in our pricing.
Cloud-based software means there is little maintenance required from you. However, should any software issues arise, we are able to rectify these remotely via a secure link. The robust, British designed and manufactured turnstile pod are simple in construction to give you peace of mind.
For support that does not require a visit to site, our helpdesk team are on hand to resolve any logged queries. As our software is cloud-based, the vast majority of incidents can be resolved quickly and efficiently from a single phone call. As our helpdesk is located within our CAT 1 ARC, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our UK & ROI wide team of engineers provide mobile back up for any issues which may occur while the turnstiles are on site. For most call-out and service visits, the support vehicles carry spare parts to enable engineers to complete any work required.
All engineers are CSCS accredited to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation when working with you. We also hold Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses as turnstiles are part of our comprehensive integrated security solutions.

The annual/monthly rental rate shall be paid in ad vance in instalments of amount agreed each [month/year] beginning on the first payment and on the first day of each succeeding [month/year] throughout the term thereof. Any rental payments not made by the end of the month succeeding the due payment date shall be considered overdue and the Company may levy a late payment charge equal to 2.5% per month on any overdue amount.
The Company agrees to provide a preventative maintenance service including up to two (2) maintenance visits per annum. All charges quoted in this Agreement are those currently in force and are subject to change after any 12 months rental period. If these charges are increased, the renter may, as of the effective day of such increase, terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Company. Otherwise, the new charges shall become effective upon the date of the renewal notice. This Agreement is limited to equipment being operated by the renter or their appointed representatives as per the Company’s recommendations.
The following Services/Rented Equipment is provided:
DRP Series 2 Wireless Cameras
Optimum performance of the equipment covered by this Agreement can only be expected if used as recommended by the Company. The Company shall be provided with access to the equipment by the renter to provide the services as described in Clause 2 above including any further work identified to restore the equipment to full functionali ty.
The renter alone has knowledge of the potential loss and damage within its premises and it is for the
renter to insure comprehensively against all likely risks including the loss of or damage to the equipment. Accordingly, the Client agrees that it is fair and reasonable that the Company should limit its liability to 50 times the annual rental charge.
For the service as specified in Clause 3 above on the equipment listed, the renter agrees to pay in advance the [monthly/annual] rental charge specified above to the Company in accordance with the terms specified on the Company’s Invoice, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at prevailing rate at the date of the Invoice.
This Agreement is subject to acceptance by the renter. This Agreement is effective from on the date as stated above and continues in effect until terminat ed by either party in writing.
NOTE for Turnstiles. Turnstiles (including security Pod or Cabins) are for the duration of the stated contract term and early termination will result in charges for remainder of the term and uplift charges.
These Terms shall be governed by the Law of Scotland, Northern Ireland or England (as applicable) and the parties hereto shall be subject to the sole juris diction of those Courts.
